School readiness is more than knowing ABCs and 123s. It is about developing the independence, communication, confidence and learning behaviours needed to participate successfully in a classroom environment.

Why start in October?

• Build independence – Encourage children to complete age-appropriate tasks with less assistance.

• Develop communication skills – Strengthen their ability to express needs, follow instructions and interact with others.

Alhamdulillah. Thank you Puan for sharing. He has shown positive progress across his programs.

He scored 0% for most of the programs assessed during baseline assessment (initial assessment). No vocalisations has been observed, didnt recognize colours, Reciting alphabets or numbers. Not complying to any teacher's instructions in his earlier sessions. He did not want to participate in any social skills program.

Patience is essential, and early intervention plays a vital role in a child's development. If a child does not show immediate progress after joining the sessions, it does not mean they are not making progress or will not improve over time.

Every child develops at their own pace. They need time to adjust to the new environment, become comfortable with the session routine, and gradually build independence without their parents present. Equally important is the time needed to establish trust and form a positive bond with their teachers. With consistency, patience, and ongoing support, meaningful progress can be achieved.

It takes courage, cooperation, consistency, intensity, patience to produce results. Alhamdulillah. Although we encourage parents to be committed for at least 12 months, but it will be even better to continue their classes to further develop and produce more positive impact in their educational journey.

Consistency in terms of structure and routine provides limits and boundaries for children. These help them to organize and integrate information into their brain and gain an understanding of how the world works.

Alhamdulillah. Thank you Puan for sharing. He has shown positive progress across all of his programs.

He scored 0% for most of the programs assessed during baseline assessment (initial assessment). No vocalisations has been observed. Not complying to any teacher's instructions in his earlier sessions. He would got up from his seats and roamed around the class. He did not want to participate in any social skills program.

Alhamdulillah. He was able to speak more and parents are able to understand and fulfil his request.

Patience is key. Early Intervention is crucial. If you notice that the child has not shown any progress upon joining sessions, that doesn't mean that the child is not progressing or will not show any progress. It takes time for them to adapt to the sessions, the surrounding, being independent without their parents around. It takes time for them to build their trust and create that bond with their teachers.

She scored 0% for most of the programs assessed during baseline assessment (initial assessment). Didn't cooperate and crying throughout her first few lessons. Alhamdulillah, she managed to calm herself and comply to her teacher's instructions.

She didnt want to go inside the centre at first and reluctant to participate in anything. But now, Alhamdulillah.
