🎥-day! I humbly wants to extend my gratitudes to RTB for this opportunity, Hamdilah and crews and most importantly for the space. Today was fun and full of details! RTB presenter Nisah, hope you had fun and learnt something new!

In Panther's Guild, we help female to find their peace and safety through the training of self defense with a bit of twist and hybrid techniques from MMA. No grading system require because afterall we need to execute it in real life and sometimes, one simple technique is all we need 💅🏼✨

Alhamdulilah, thank you for the invitation to attend another Rampai Pagi. This time we talked about Bully, how can it impact negatively on the victims, prevention, types and what can parents actually do to help their kids (if happen to be the bully or the victim of the bully)

For upcoming month of November, I will be also giving Anti-Bully Seminar and Talk to some of our primary school and sixth form centre. This is also one of our initiative for school students, you can check on my highlighted story under 'Defense Class' for more info.

Due to unfortunate event of Covid 19, we would like to take preventive measures to close down our training classes. To those who are already enrolled and paid for their monthly subscription class, your classes will be put on hold until we are safe to carry out our body contact trainings!

May Allah grant Syifa to those who are fighting for covid 19 and for those who are sick in general. Thank you to all frontliners who work tirelessly making sure that the community are well taken care of 🤍
