Welcome! Nari is a dance and fitness space led by women for women. We curate mindful classes and choreographies that channel both the feminine and powerful female energy through dance — an empowering art form. By creating a safe yet liberating environment for women to exercise their strength and soul, Nari aims to make dance an inclusive experience for all women. After all, strength and beauty comes in all colours, shapes and sizes which is why here at Nari, we inspire women to harness their own unique language of movement through dance. Nari believes anyone and everyone can dance. This tribe thrives on positive vibes, a good playlist and a supportive community. Wherever we may be in our journey towards physical and mental wellbeing, we dance as a practice of self-care.
