Why the first 10 minutes of your practice dictate everything... ๐ŸŒ‹๐Ÿ‘๏ธ

In yoga, how we begin matters. The warm-up is where we shift from the analytical mind to the feeling body. It prepares the cardiovascular system, increases blood flow to the muscles, and safely expands your range of motion.

But most importantly, itโ€™s a practice of Ahimsa (non-harming). Itโ€™s the moment you look inward and say: โ€œI see you, body. Letโ€™s move together with love.โ€ ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

Never rush the foundation. A strong house is built on stable ground. ๐ŸŽช๐Ÿก

The Koshas are the 5 layers of our being โ€” from the physical body to the deepest essence of who we are.

After exploring Annamaya Kosha, the physical body, we move into Pranamaya Kosha โ€” the energetic body.

This is the layer of breath, vitality, and life force.

In Yoga, breath is not only a biological function. It is the vehicle of prana โ€” the energy that nourishes, animates, and connects every aspect of our experience.

When our energy flows freely, we feel more alive, present, and connected. When it becomes depleted or stagnant, we often feel it long before we understand it with the mind.

โœจ Take a moment to check in with yourself:

What is one thing that genuinely gives you energy?

The final practice of the day.

Not to achieve.
Not to learn something new.

But to create space for everything the day has already offered.

A moment to slow down, absorb, and simply be with all that has unfolded.

The universe does not respond only to what we say we want.
It responds to the energy we continuously embody.

If we move through life from a place of lack,
of chasing,
of โ€œI need this to finally feel complete,โ€
that is often the frequency we keep reinforcing.

But when an intention becomes clear enough that we can truly feel it, trust it, and embody it as already possible,
something begins to shift.

We stop relating to it as something missing.
And start relating to it as something we are already becoming.

What is a reality you are ready to stop chasing
and start embodying? โœจ

What if your limitations are just an old perspective? ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ

The mind always says โ€œitโ€™s impossibleโ€ right before the body finds its perfect geometry. Mayurasana isnโ€™t a display of performance; itโ€™s an ancient technology designed to challenge your internal dialogue and expand your mental horizon.

Unlearn what you think you canโ€™t do. The space is ready. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ”ฎ

The Koshas are the 5 layers of our being โ€”
from the physical body to the deepest essence of who we are.

This series is an invitation to explore them, one layer at a time.

We begin with Annamaya Kosha:
the physical body.

The layer made of food, movement, touch, rest, breath, and matter.
The place where our experience of life first takes form.

In Yoga, the body is not separate from the spiritual path.
It is the ground through which we feel, heal, connect, and awaken.

What is your favorite way you consciously nourish your body?

Over the course of these 200 hours, this group shared so much more than a training.

A group of women who arrived with openness and curiosity, and who over those 21 days built something deeply genuine together โ€” through practice, vulnerability, study, laughter, support, challenge, and transformation.

Watching each of them grow in their own way was a reminder that yoga is never only about learning how to teach.
It is about learning how to listen more deeply, show up more honestly, and meet life with greater presence.

The commitment this group brought to the process was truly beautiful to witness.
And the energy they created together made our Granada home feel incredibly special.

We are so proud of every one of you ๐Ÿค
May the teachings continue to unfold far beyond these 200 hours.
