Our second point is ; Pronounce all the sounds in words.
Pay special attention to pronouncing all the sounds in words when you speak. Right now, you may be omitting the final sound, the middle sound, or an unstressed syllable in a word. This can make your speech difficult to understand for your listener. Focusing on pronouncing all the sounds in words will instantly make your American English pronunciation better. It sounds easy, but it is actually difficult to do! Start learning when you omit sounds by practicing reading aloud slowly. Focus on each sound in every word as you speak, especially the final sounds of words. As it becomes easier, start incorporating this skill into your everyday speech. You will notice an instant change in your American English!

Our first point is
1. Always speak slowly.
One of the most common complaints I hear from people is that they have a difficult time understanding someone who speaks too quickly. This applies to both native American speakers and speakers of English as a second language. The goal here, of course, is not to speak too slowly, but slowly enough so that you have more time for your lips and tongue to reach the correct placement for sounds. Speaking more slowly will instantly help make your accent less pronounced. If you speak too quickly, your accent will sound heavier and your speech more difficult to understand. This is because your lips and tongue do not have enough time to form sounds correctly. Use an appropriate speaking rate as your fundamental speaking skill. This is the skill upon which every other skill is based. Master this, and you will be doing great!
NOTICE from Mr Arsene Quatre-vingt.
Many speakers tend to get confused between 'There', 'Their' and 'They're' and knowing how to use these three words correctly is an important step in learning English.
The words 'There' and' Their' are homophones. Homophones are words that are spelt differently but pronounced the same. It is a common mistake to replace one for the other.
'There' always refers to a place, whether concrete or abstract, whereas 'Their' shows belonging or possession. 'They're, on the other hand, is the short form of they are
Let's look at these examples for each of them
THERE:
How can anyone live there?
Let's go there.
There will be a party tomorrow,
THEIR:
Let us buy their car.
Let us not go to their house.
Return their books tomorrow.
THEY'RE:
They're sitting there in their car.
In this sentence, notice how 'there' is used to signify a place whereas 'their' is used to show possession. The word 'they're' is a contraction of the word 'they' and 'are' and should not be confused with 'their' and 'there'.
Tips for improving you English;
1. Always speak slowly.
2. Pronounce all the sounds in words.
3. Stick to grammar you have mastered:
4. Record your speech often.
5. Speak loudly enough.
the more details for God`a sake we shall start explaining one point after another.
What are Informal Contractions ?
Contractions are words that are created by combining words
in order to shorten them from their original form. Common
contractions
are words like she's and don't and can be both written
(informally) and spoken.
Informal contractions often combine with the following
words:
+ to
+ you
+ of
+ would have
miscellaneous
Since informal contractions are seldom written, the
spellings below are general phonetic spellings and are
not standardized.
Hard Life (True Story)

-Author's note-
This story is about my friend that she is allowing me to
write about her. Her name will be changed and all but I
want to let you know this is a true story and it isn't made
up at all.
-End of Author's note-
My name is Ashely Lawson and I'm 16 years old. I go to a
normal high-school where I get teased a bullied everyday.
For every mean word they call me I write it down on my
hand, its like a reminder to me. Today I was called ugly,
fat, emo, worthless, cutter. There words are like a
thousand knives piercing into my soul with every word of
hate they spew. I have alot of piercings I have one on my
lip, one on my nose, one on my eyebrow, two on my ears.
My hair is naturally blond but I died it because I hate it
now its black with tints of red coloring in it.
I have big doe blue eyes that have flecks of green in them.
I am short 5'1 is my size and I'm a freshmen in high-
school. I rarely talk to people because I'm shy and quite
with strangers. But to people who have known me for a
while know that I'm loud, crazy, wild and I'm just a ball to
be around. My best friend Stacey has known me since
First grade, she is like my sister and has always been
there for me when I seem to be in my darkest of days. I'm
Bi and I judge none, for who am I to judge anyone we are
not perfect human beings.
I get bullied for that people tell me: You q***r, Le***an,
Fa**ot. I've been to jail before and I've gotten into fights
alot I once got into a fight with a guy because he called me
a fa**ot but that's a different story. I do cut myself which
I'm not proud of but it eases my pain somewhat until
slowly the pain comes back several times harder. I live
with my grandparents and my dad lives with them as well,
my parents are divorced. My dad got custody of me but I
was separated from my other brothers and sisters. I've
dated alot of people in my time of 16 years but they've all
mostly cheated on me or told me that I wasn't good
enough and they were going to upgrade.
I look into the mirror of my small purple room where I
feel safe and loved and I tell myself that today is going to
be different, it never is. Ever cut on my arm has a story to
go along with it. People don't ever know how strong there
words can be, we as humans just say whats on are mind
without thinking of the consequences and who it might
hurt. I won't lie and say that I haven't tried to kill myself
because I have, but I never went along with it so I just
stick to cutting. I don't understand what makes others
want to pick on me for I haven't said a word to them to
gain there hate.
Maybe its because I don't dress like the rest of them,
maybe its because I allow myself to be a open bi, there
could be a millions reasons, but in the end we are all
different. I won't try and pretend to be like the rest of
them because that's not who I am and I'll never be. I've
starved myself before because of always being told I'm to
fat and that I eat to much. Once, during school I passed
out from hunger, and all I remember was my best friend
Stacey putting my head in her lap and trying to keep me
awake. I was the take of the school that day, Stacey told
me what they had said when I left.
Like, she should eat, why is she so stupid for not eating,
whats wrong with her, no wonder she passed out she's
anorexic. I cried for hours I hated my life so much
everything I did seemed to turn out to be a disaster. There
bullying didn't stop, heck it seemed to have gotten worse
and everyday I have new words on my hands. Everyday I
dread going to school for I don't want to hear the new
words they'll call me. Everyday I want into school seeing
the hateful faces of my fellow classmates as I walk alone
to my classes some sneer at me, others say hateful
comments, and others stare.
Stacey has tried her hardest to stop the bullying but she is
only one person and one person alone can't stop a sea of
people. Sometimes I think to myself if I were to end it all
would anyone cry, would anyone miss me, would anyone
go to my funeral. Would I just be another face that has
been killed by bullying. Would I be just another dead
body on the ground, or would my death mean something
to others. Would my death cause a stir in society, or will
my death go unnoticed my the hands of man.
I am only but a face in a crowd of people going through
there lives and once I am gone that is what I would only
be a face.
-Its a rather short story but this means something to me
so lets end Bullying together so innocent people like my
friend not have to go through this. Guys she's also going
through a rough time her brother has just died and her
Aunt as well she's in a dark place so please send a
comment below so I can show her that people truly care
for her and she's being thought about.-
Thanks xoxo
ALLAH is in control of Burundi so my guys wait and see what will happen next time that why itis not need to blame one another because ALLAH knows what we don't and what we will never know....

to be down in dump (id) = to be angry .
e.g : My wife was really down in the dump yesterday night when i came late.
"Today, on the European and World Day against the Death Penalty, the Council of Europe and the EU reaffirm their strong opposition to capital punishment. The death penalty is inhuman and degrading treatment, does not have any proven significant deterrent effect, and allows judicial errors to become irreversible and fatal. No ex*****on has been carried out in our member states for 18 years. The Council of Europe and the European Union urge all European States to ratify the protocols to the European Convention on Human Rights which aim at the abolition of the death penalty. The Council of Europe and the EU deplore the continuing use of the death penalty in Belarus. They strongly urge the authorities of Belarus to commute the remaining death sentences and establish without delay a formal moratorium on ex*****ons as a first step towards abolition of the death penalty.
The Council of Europe and the European Union note with concern that the number of ex*****ons of persons for drug offences has increased during the last year in the few states that apply the death penalty to those offences. Both Organisations are particularly alarmed when this involves the ex*****on of minors, which is contrary to international law. It is all the closer to heart because some European citizens have been executed in 2015 and others are still on death row for drug-related offences.
We welcome the Resolution of the United Nations General Assembly on a moratorium on the use of the death penalty adopted on 18 December 2014. With an increasing number of votes in favour of that resolution compared to the previous four resolutions of this kind, and with almost two thirds of countries in the world having abolished the death penalty in either law or practice, there exists now a clear global trend towards the abolition of capital punishment." Joint Declaration by High Representative Federica Mogherini and the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Thorbjørn Jagland

Don't play with the time .
Don't buy the time .
Try to be against the time.
Use the time to plan.
You have a force but don't use your force to destroy and kill but use the force in developing your country (Burundi).
You are killing my mother (Burundi) because of getting your own life and achieving your goals but you forget that work doesn't mean to kill but to cure ,heal you and your country .
You are wrong if you are still thinking that you will get without suffering.
Brothers and Sisters don't sleep a wink ,better wake up early morning 'cause it almost the time of seeking some reasons .
