Bims Anniversary Week – Day 2

On the second day of our 20 th anniversary celebrations, we held a talent show where our students could showcase their talents. Performances included poetry, dance, singing, rap, sketches, a fashion show and musical performances featuring instruments such as the recorder and piano. There are lots more exciting events planned throughout the week, so stay tuned!

When we are young, we often don’t realise the importance of the decisions we make, and we end up blaming others for our mistakes. We don’t necessarily realise how important it is to choose our friends wisely, yet they often lead us astray.
Drugs destroy thousands of lives and take away the people we love.
Yesterday, we welcomed Mr Danny from the Ubushobozi Bw'Intahe organisation, who shared his experience with us. It was very enriching and informative.

Some of the key points from yesterday’s programme are:“Awareness about Drugs”, staying focused on what matters most;our future , making good decisions ;even if they aren’t popular, being willing to make tough decisions to protect a life and choosing the right friends.

😊 School General Assembly

The school's general assembly took place on Saturday, 14 March 2026. We heard inspiring remarks from the president of the parents' and teachers' association, the three heads (Crèche and Montessori, Primary, and Secondary sections ) and the director. Each section has its own identity and adds value to students' academic journeys. Next, we had a presentation on the use of technology. Finally, we enjoyed a very enriching Q&A session.

Chinese competition - Primary Section

Certificates and awards were presented to Year 5 and Year 6 students in recognition of their participation in the 'Bridge to the World' talent competition. This event was organised by the secondary department of the Confucius Institute at the University of Burundi, as part of the 2026 Sino-African Year of Human and Cultural Exchanges.

It's really great, colorful, fun, cheerful, and full of good vibes! It's always Fun Friday! Today we had an amazing style: polka dots!
