The Hospitality Training Services (HTS) course Dry Heat Cooking 101 (Sautéing, Pan and Deep Frying) for singles and couples is scheduled for Saturday October 29, 2011 from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm.
The mastery of cooking techniques is an essential yet difficult aspect of the culinary craft. Whenever a cook turns and faces the stove, the outcome is dependent on a few basic skills-sautéing, pan and deep frying among them. In the Dry Heat Cooking 101, these dry-heat methods are taught meticulously and students are given an opportunity for hands-on practice to assure increased competency and confidence.
