From June 10 to 12, 2024, Casameza organized online training on risk management. Employees from different local banks followed this training. It was an opportunity to share their experiences regarding risk management in banks.

This training was subdivided into 3 modules: Operational Risk Management, Fraud Risk Management, Compliance Risk Management.

Before distributing the certificates to the participants, Gloria Nyambok, CEO of Casameza, also a career banker, encouraged the participants to increasingly seek other professional training for their personal development with a view to a better future.

🎓 Graduation of 8 professionnal HRM who followed the training in Human Resources Management co-organized by BBFM and Casameza. It was this Saturday, February 10, 2024 in Bujumbura at the City Hill Hotel. All participants were delighted to have benefited from this training.

These 8 certified came from UNDP, BCAB, Multiphar and Pathfinder. The Human Resources manager at Casameza was also among those certified. These international certificates were issued by Global University for Science and Technology (GUST) based in the United States of America.
