The university regrets to announce the sudden death of Dismas Niyonzima, the father of our sister Claudia Niyonzima, student in Bachelor Day Program. Any contributions can be forwarded to Miss Claudia Niyonzima Tel.: 78400404. The burial will be on Saturday February 2nd, 2013 at 11am, venue: Cathedral Regina Mundi. The University requests you to pray for the family at this trying moment.

ILU Burundi recognize what happened yesterday in our city Bujumbura. The market was burned but WE ARE STILL ALIVE. Also what was burned is little than WHAT GOD RESERVED FOR US.

At the end of the year, ILU family came together for celebration, thanking God for the whole year passed. On this occasion we also thank God for 2 years passed, ILU Burundi existing, the family has grown up and we look forward to enlarge our territory, make many rooms for everyone who wish to join the family.

Talk show on HTV about Leadership and Management with the Bachelor students

Everything is brought and made new in Jesus Christ. ILU started its new academic year with new strength and pitch as experienced in the first chapel service that was held on its campus, on September 12, 2012. Testimonies of how God has changed students’ lives, how God has impacted lecturers’ lives, how God has taken people from one dimension to another etc were shared to encourage one other. New students testified how they were well welcomed by the returning ones.

One thing is that the chapel was crowned by the praise and worship team that brought in their talents to praise God. The worship service was vibrant. In a quiet spirit, the Word of God was shared from Matthew 15: 29-39 which called the audience to seek God and He will act out of His compassion for their favour. It was a wonderful experience in the presence of God that we had. May the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ be praised! Amen.

ILU Burundi chapel service is designed in the way that it makes the ILU family a fellowship of Christlike brethren as it instills in people the heart of worshipping God in truth and spirit.
