4. π THE STUDENTS THEMSELVES π¨π½βπ:
At some point, students do not understand economic issues and are in a standardization of mind and brain.
Let me explain to you, there is a deep deficit between the number of positions to be filled and the students who leave universities each year.
β οΈ In Cameroon, for example, the public service has a maximum recruitment capacity of 300,000 positions, but on the other side, we have 500,000 students who leave each year. The question arises, where will they work?
β οΈ Other examples, one of the consequences of COVID 19, in 2020 was the closure of some private companies, but on the other side of that same year, students graduated and the question arises, where do they go to work ?
Without forgetting that some positions respect an excessive monarchy, that is to say the father being old, he prepared the position for his son π
With all of this, a student should understand that the path to prosperity these days is not to make a resume, but rather to create wealth themselves through ENTREPRENEURSHIP. By creating a business, he contributes to the fight against unemployment.
The problem is that for a long time they were told that you need experience to be able to start a business, which is stupid. Experience isn't just about working for someone for 10 years or 20 years, experience is all that you experience on a daily basis.
If you are a student, and you start your first business, then that business goes bankrupt, in fact, it is an experience that you have just acquired!
Entrepreneurship today should no longer be a choice, but an obligation for everyone and students should stop having standardized brains.

3. πTHE MYTH OF THE DIPLOMA π¨πΎβπ:
This is therefore the biggest problem of the school.
An author said π£: "Today's school is not to learn, it's to have diplomas. We no longer ask teachers to prepare men, we ask them to prepare Education seems to be moving more and more away from its primary vocation: to train men and women who, with or without a diploma, must be able to play a useful role in society."
To rephrase, the diploma is only a paper! π
The question that arises is the following: the students who leave the university in droves, what do they know how to do in a concrete way?
β
Let's take a child who stopped school after getting his baccalaureate for lack of means and then started selling directly at the market with his mom.
β
Let's take another one who, on the other hand, continued his studies until university and managed to get his master's degree in trade and sales marketing.
π§ According to you between the two, who will be more impactful in the sale? I don't know about you but for me the most impactful will be the first because it is in practice, you learn best in practice why, you will see some billionaire business leaders who have never been to school, but who masters notions of accounting, marketing, finance, etc.
Theory will never make you master things in a concrete way, but unfortunately, that's the essence of school.β οΈ
The professional world is extremely harsh, it does not seek qualified people, but people who can provide concrete solutions.

2. π PROGRAMS UNSUITED TO REALITIES π:
The problem here is simple.
Sixty years (60 years) after independence, the administration has changed, the demographics have changed, the economic and social issues have changed, but unfortunately the school programs have remained the same.
Let's see: during the Special Accounting course, the Professor tells us: friends, what I am teaching you will not be useful to you! And everyone is completely surprised.
He goes on to say: the accounting that is currently taught is mainly for the French, it is not adapted to current economic systems, the others were extremely surprised! But I understood what he was talking about.
It must be understood that the materials, their numbers, the contents have been established by the colonizer for the years in order to preserve his achievements! Therefore, everything is adapted to its own context! Whether it's marketing, finance, psychology,... when you arrive in the field everything is different, because the realities are quite different.
"When I did the internship at the bank for the first time, I was surprised that people told me, you have to leave the accounting you were taught in school to be able to adapt to this one and I felt so stupid. And I wondered what the hell I'm doing at school." said a certain economics student.
This is why, at the end of a student's studies, he finds himself completely lost and is sometimes obliged to train again in order to be able to adapt to the realities on the ground.

1. π THE TEACHERS π¨πΎβπ«:
In the West, we used to say π£: "You have to stop teaching when you have stopped learning! After more than 50 years constant is sad!
We have teachers who hold diplomas dating back 10, 20, 30 years who drag previous realities with them and who sometimes themselves do not even understand what they are teaching over time.
When routine sets in the death of wisdom is inevitable. β οΈ
How does an economics teacher complain about the fact that the salary is small? It is inconceivable. As an economist, he should understand the principles of today's economy and diversify his sources of income.
A teacher is one who must update himself every day, who must adapt his teaching to technological, scientific and economic developments, etc. In a world where information is the key, we have students who are extremely more informed than the professors themselves.

USELESS SCHOOL IN AFRICA?π
_______________________________
β οΈ Reading note:
The school, this institution which was created years ago, which for some is the ultimate way to success, and which for others is completely useless for the success of a life!
Let's get back to basics! Where does the school come from?
The school was set up in the 19th century by the colonial powers in Africa and at that time only the sons of African chiefs had the right to go to school! They were called "the little black whites".
But why ? What were the settlers' objectives in granting this privilege to the chiefs' sons?
It's simple :
β
Make the natives understand that this is an education capable of brainwashing and which would make it possible to pass from the savage culture to the civilized culture
β
the protection of their interests over the next centuries, because if the sons of the chiefs who were later destined to become kings, tirelessly accused the cultures, the laws, the language, the thought of the colonist, he automatically became indebted, and submitted to the colonizers.
The English, williams, professor at Oxford said π£: "They abandon their own language, their own literature, their own religion, their own philosophy, the rules of their own castes, their centuries-honored customs, without becoming good disciples of our sciences, honest skeptics or sincere Christians."
The school in Africa more precisely in French-speaking Africa, is not a bad thing in itself, it is just poorly structured and unsuitable, according to my research, my observations and my own experience, I was able to locate 4 major problems school related:
