Graduation Ceremony 2026 | Terminale
Hier, nos élèves de Terminale 2026 ont vécu une soirée mémorable au Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, à l’occasion de leur cérémonie de graduation.
Nous avons eu l’honneur d’accueillir Son Excellence M. Éric Giraud-Telme, Ambassadeur de France au Royaume de Bahreïn, aux côtés des familles, des enseignants et des membres de la direction.
Dans une ambiance festive et émouvante, les élèves ont partagé de très beaux moments avec leurs proches : discours, performances, vidéos souvenirs et prestation de la chorale ont rythmé cette soirée placée sous le signe de la réussite, de la fierté et du partage.
Un grand merci à Mme Laura Zakopova pour l’organisation de cet événement, ainsi qu’à toutes les personnes qui ont contribué à faire de cette cérémonie un moment aussi beau et marquant.
Félicitations à nos élèves de Terminale 2026. Nous leur souhaitons beaucoup de réussite dans la suite de leur parcours.
Graduation Ceremony 2026 | Senior Class
Yesterday, our Class of 2026 celebrated a memorable graduation ceremony at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain.
We were honoured by the presence of H.E. Mr Éric Giraud-Telme, Ambassador of France to the Kingdom of Bahrain, alongside families, teachers and members of the school leadership team.
In a festive and emotional atmosphere, our students shared beautiful moments with their families through speeches, performances, souvenir videos and a choir performance, making this evening a true celebration of achievement, pride and togetherness.
A sincere thank you to Mrs Laura Zakopova for organising this wonderful event, and to everyone who contributed to making this ceremony such a special and meaningful occasion.
Congratulations to our Class of 2026. We wish them every success in the next chapter of their journey.

End-of-Year Celebration – Primary School
On Saturday, June 13, our primary school students celebrated the end of the school year at the Downtown Rotana, in a joyful and festive atmosphere where talent, creativity and emotion came together.
From kindergarten to elementary school, our students proudly shared the result of their hard work through beautiful performances and creative moments.
A heartfelt thank you to all the parents who attended and shared with us these memorable moments of the year. Congratulations to our students for their enthusiasm, confidence and commitment.
A special thank you to our dedicated teachers for the quality of their work, their guidance and their continuous support throughout the year.
Celebration de fin d’année – École primaire
Le samedi 13 juin, nos élèves de l’école primaire ont célébré la fin de l’année scolaire au Downtown Rotana, dans une ambiance joyeuse et festive où talents, créativité et émotions se sont rencontrés.
De la maternelle à l’élémentaire, nos élèves ont partagé avec fierté le fruit de leur travail à travers de belles prestations et des moments créatifs.
Un grand merci à tous les parents présents, qui ont partagé avec nous ces moments marquants de l’année. Bravo à nos élèves pour leur enthousiasme, leur confiance et leur engagement.

Chinese Proficiency Competition 2026 – Bahrain Region Award Ceremony
The French International School of Bahrain was honored to attend the Chinese Bridge – Chinese Proficiency Competition 2026, Bahrain Region Award Ceremony, organized by the Confucius Institute at the University of Bahrain.
We are especially proud of our students, who were recognized for their commitment and outstanding achievements in Chinese language learning. Clara and May were awarded Second Prize, while Ikar received a Certificate of Excellence.
This beautiful ceremony, honored by the presence of His Excellency the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Bahrain, celebrated student talent, language learning, and the richness of cultural exchange.
Congratulations to all the award recipients, and sincere thanks to the Confucius Institute for its warm hospitality and excellent organization.
A special word of appreciation goes to our dedicated Chinese teachers, Lyu Xiaoping and Chen Yanyu, whose expertise, encouragement, and commitment have played a key role in our students’ success.
We also warmly thank Dr. Jian Zhou, Director of the Confucius Institute, for his continued support and commitment, which have greatly contributed to the success of our Chinese program and partnership.

Rallye Lecture : un beau défi relevé par nos CE2
Nos élèves de CE2 sont fiers d’avoir reçu leur diplôme du Rallye Lecture, une belle récompense qui valorise leurs efforts, leur persévérance et leur engagement dans la lecture.
Ils ont relevé le défi avec sérieux en lisant 13 livres et en répondant aux 13 quiz associés. Une réussite qui témoigne de leur motivation et de leur plaisir de lire.

Reading Rally: a wonderful challenge completed by our Grade 3 students
Our Grade 3 students are proud to have received their Reading Rally certificate, a meaningful reward highlighting their effort, perseverance, and commitment to reading.
They successfully completed the challenge by reading 13 books and answering the 13 related quizzes. This achievement reflects their motivation and growing enjoyment of reading.

Célébrer la langue française et l’engagement de nos élèves
À l’occasion de la Kermesse et des Jeux de la Francophonie, nos élèves de CM2 et du collège ont été mis à l’honneur lors d’une belle cérémonie de remise de diplômes organisée au CDI.
Félicitations aux élèves lauréats du 1er prix dans chaque niveau pour leur engagement, leurs efforts et la qualité de leur travail.
Bravo également à tous les participants pour leur enthousiasme et leur implication dans cette célébration de la langue française, placée sous le signe du partage, de la culture et de la réussite.

We are proud to celebrate the exciting next step of our senior student Paul Heluin (Terminale B), who has officially committed to Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College (SMWC) in Indiana, USA.
Paul will pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management while joining the college’s NAIA golf team, combining academic excellence with his passion for golf.
This achievement reflects years of dedication, perseverance, and hard work. It also highlights the opportunities available to LFIB students as they prepare to pursue their ambitions on an international stage.

Mai des Langues | Arts plastiques x chinois
Dans le cadre du Mai des Langues, les élèves de 5e B et les élèves de l’option chinois de 5e A ont participé à un projet interdisciplinaire associant arts plastiques et langue chinoise.
Animé par les professeurs de chinois de notre établissement, cet atelier a permis aux élèves de découvrir l’art de la calligraphie chinoise. Ils ont expérimenté l’encre de Chine, utilisé des pinceaux spécialisés et appris les gestes essentiels de cette pratique traditionnelle, fondée sur la concentration, la précision et la maîtrise du tracé.
Une belle rencontre entre langues, arts et cultures, qui valorise la curiosité, la créativité et l’ouverture au monde de nos élèves.
Bravo aux élèves pour leur implication et merci aux professeurs de chinois pour ce moment de transmission et de découverte.
May of Languages | Visual Arts x Chinese
As part of May of Languages, students from 7e B and the 7e A Chinese option took part in an interdisciplinary project combining visual arts and the Chinese language.
Led by the Chinese teachers of our school, this workshop gave students the opportunity to discover the art of Chinese calligraphy. They experimented with Chinese ink, used specialized brushes, and learned the essential gestures of this traditional practice, based on concentration, precision, and control of movement.
A meaningful encounter between languages, arts, and cultures, highlighting our students’ curiosity, creativity, and openness to the world.
Congratulations to our students, and thank you to our Chinese teachers for this enriching moment of cultural discovery.
