Cottage Prayer - June Month

ബഹ്‌റൈൻ സെൻ്റ് മേരീസ് ഇന്ത്യൻ ഓർത്തഡോക്സ് കത്തീഡ്രൽ യുവജന വിഭാഗമായ സെൻ്റ് തോമസ് ഒ.സി.വൈ.എം (OCYM)-ൻ്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ എല്ലാ മാസവും അംഗങ്ങളുടെ ഭവനങ്ങളിൽ വെച്ച് നടത്തിവരാറുള്ള "കോട്ടേജ് പ്രയർ" ജൂൺ 14 ഞായറാഴ്ച ഭംഗിയായി നടത്തപ്പെട്ടു.

ശ്രീ. ബെൻസ് ഉമ്മൻ്റെ (Mr. Benz Oommen) ഭവനത്തിൽ വെച്ച് നടന്ന പ്രാർത്ഥനാ യോഗത്തിൽ കത്തീഡ്രൽ അംഗം ശ്രീമതി ശോഭ സജി വചനസന്ദേശം അറിയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. യുവജന പ്രസ്ഥാനം ഭാരവാഹികളും, അംഗങ്ങളും കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളും പ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു.

The monthly "Cottage Prayer" organized by St. Thomas Orthodox Christian Youth Movement (OCYM), the youth wing of Bahrain St. Mary's Indian Orthodox Cathedral, was successfully held on Sunday, June 14th.

The prayer meeting, hosted at the residence of Mr. Benz Oommen. Cathedral member Mrs. Shobha Saji delivered the devotional message. Office bearers, OCYM members, and their families attended the prayer session.

സെന്റ് മേരീസ് ഇന്ത്യൻ ഓർത്തഡോക്സ് കത്തീഡ്രലിലെ യുവജനവിഭാഗമായ സെന്റ് തോമസ് OCYM-ന്റെ ആഭിമുഖ്യത്തിൽ, വേൾഡ് ബ്ലഡ് ഡോണർ ഡേയോട് അനുബന്ധിച്ച് ജൂൺ 12-ന് നടത്തുന്ന Symphonia - 28th Blood Donation Camp-ന്റെ മുന്നോടിയായുള്ള 'Campaign Whiteboard' തിയോഫിലോസ് ഹാളിൽ വെച്ച് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു. 🗓️✨

ആദരണീയനായ ഇടവക വികാരി ഫാ. തോമസ്കുട്ടി P. N. ആദ്യ സന്ദേശവും ഒപ്പും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് ഈ സ്നേഹകാമ്പെയ്‌ന് തുടക്കം കുറിച്ചു.

സയൻസ് ഇന്റർനാഷണൽ ഫോറം (SIF) ബഹ്റൈൻ ഭാരവാഹിയും, നാഷണൽ ചിൽഡ്രൻ സയൻസ് കോൺഗ്രസ്സ് (NCSC) കോർഡിനേറ്ററും, ടി.കെ.എം കോളേജിലെ മുൻ പ്രൊഫസറുമായ മിസ്റ്റർ പ്രവീൺ B. P. ചടങ്ങിൽ മുഖ്യാതിഥിയായിരുന്നു. ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട കത്തീഡ്രൽ ട്രസ്റ്റി മിസ്റ്റർ ജോൺ K. P., സെക്രട്ടറി മിസ്റ്റർ കുരുവിള പാപ്പി, മാനേജിംഗ് കമ്മിറ്റി അംഗങ്ങൾ, യുവജനപ്രസ്ഥാനം ഭാരവാഹികൾ, പ്രോഗ്രാം കോർഡിനേറ്റർ മിസ്റ്റർ അജി ചാക്കോ, പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിലെ മറ്റ് അംഗങ്ങൾ, കൂടാതെ നിരവധി ഇടവകജനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവർ ചടങ്ങിൽ പങ്കാളികളാവുകയും, വൈറ്റ്‌ബോർഡിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ ഒപ്പുകളും ആശംസകളും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് രക്തദാന ക്യാമ്പിന് പൂർണ്ണ പിന്തുണ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. 🤝❤️

As a prelude to the upcoming Symphonia - 28th Blood Donation Camp organized by St. Thomas OCYM (the youth wing of St. Mary's Indian Orthodox Cathedral, Bahrain) in commemoration of World Blood Donor Day, the Campaign Whiteboard was officially launched at Theophilos Hall. ✨

Our venerable Vicar, Fr. Thomaskutty P. N., initiated the campaign by writing the first inspiring message and placing his signature on the whiteboard.

The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Praveen B. P. (SIF Bahrain Official, National Children Science Congress Coordinator, and Former Professor at TKM College), along with esteemed Cathedral Trustee Mr. John K. P., Secretary Mr. Kuruvila Pappy, Managing Committee members, OCYM office-bearers, Program Coordinator Mr. Aji Chacko, youth movement members, and numerous parishioners. Everyone actively participated by penning down their words of encouragement and signing the board to show their solid support. 🤝❤️

ബഹ്‌റൈൻ സെൻ്റ് മേരീസ് ഇന്ത്യൻ ഓർത്തഡോക്സ് കത്തീഡ്രൽ യുവജന വിഭാഗമായ സെന്റ് തോമസ് ഓർത്തഡോക്സ് ക്രൈസ്തവ യുവജന പ്രസ്ഥാനം (STOCYM) അംഗങ്ങളുടെ സർഗ്ഗാത്മകമായ കഴിവുകൾ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനായി നടത്തിവരുന്ന 'സർഗ്ഗോത്സവം' പരിപാടിയുടെ മെയ് മാസത്തെ ഇനമായ 'അന്താക്ഷരി' മത്സരം 2026 മെയ് മാസത്തിൽ ആവേശകരമായി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു.

STOCYM ലേ വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ശ്രീ. ജിനു ചെറിയാൻ മത്സര പരിപാടികൾ മികച്ച രീതിയിൽ നിയന്ത്രിച്ചു. ആവേശകരമായ മത്സരത്തിനൊടുവിൽ വിജയികളായവർ:

🥈 രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനം: ടീം B

മത്സരത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്ത മറ്റെല്ലാ ടീമുകൾക്കും പ്രോത്സാഹന സമ്മാനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്തു. പരിപാടികൾ ഭംഗിയായി നയിച്ച ശ്രീ. ജിനു ചെറിയാന് സ്നേഹോപഹാരമായി ശ്രീ. സജി ചാക്കോ മെമെന്റോ നൽകുകയും, വിജയികൾക്കുള്ള ട്രോഫികളും മറ്റ് സമ്മാനങ്ങളും അദ്ദേഹം വിതരണം ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തു.

ഈ പരിപാടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്ത എല്ലാവർക്കും, പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് പരിപാടിക്ക് നേതൃത്വം നൽകിയ ലേ വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ശ്രീ. ജിനു ചെറിയാനും സർഗ്ഗോത്സവം കോർഡിനേറ്റർ ശ്രീമതി ഷൈൻ സൂസൻ സജി നന്ദി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.

As part of Sargolsavam 2026—a monthly initiative by the St. Thomas Orthodox Christian Youth Movement (STOCYM) of St. Mary’s Indian Orthodox Cathedral, Bahrain, to nurture the creative talents of our members—an exciting Antakshari Competition was successfully organized in the month of May 2026.

The event was expertly coordinated and conducted under the leadership of STOCYM Lay Vice President, Mr. Jinu Cheriyan.

✨ Special Recognition & Honors:
In the spirit of encouraging all participants, a special consignment/encouragement prize (Protsahana Sammanam) was awarded to all the other competing teams.

Mr. Saji Chacko presented a memento to the Lay Vice President, Mr. Jinu Cheriyan, as a token of appreciation for successfully leading the program, and also distributed the trophies and other prizes to the winning teams.

Sargolsavam Coordinator, Mrs. Shine Susan Saji, extended her sincere gratitude to Mr. Jinu Cheriyan, Mr. Saji Chacko, and all the enthusiastic participants who made this event a grand success
