Today at a speech contest the prompt given for impromptu speech was -‘ Will AI replace human jobs if you think yes why?’

Well this is the question most of the us wonder about, as teachers have you ever wondered about this question. If yes pls share your thought.

This question actually takes me back almost a decade ago when I was working as a school IT resource person and when I was convincing our school teacher to enhance their computer skills and give them a peep into the future of education with online classes and teachers remote teaching skills; one of the most senior teacher from the audience told me ‘Let’s see and learn all these when that day arrives’

What is your opinion are we going to wait or start preparing…

Teachers are expected to build these two knowledge in their students. Both CT and AI are the basic skill a child should develop to make them prepared for the future….

AI: Artificial Intelligence is a broad collection of technologies that enable machines to carry out tasks typically associated with human intelligence such as learning, comprehension, reasoning, problem-solving, and understanding natural language.

Computational Thinking : Includes building the following skills in the students they include decomposing, Pattern recognition, Abstraction, Algorithm design, Data analysis and Troubleshooting with real-world examples and hands on experience…

I am a teachers for more than a decade now; but I feel like pursuing a career as a teacher is become more challenging than ever before.

As I teacher I find a major shift in the kids learning capacity drastically dropping down specially in the primary level; kids have started articulating their lack of interest in studying. They ask directly why should I study? It’s not fun; leave me alone I have no interest in studies. If we try to insist then they have started throwing tantrums in controllable.

This has effected teachers daily route and made classroom more difficul to handle; do any of you feel the same way?
