تفتخر مدرسة برايتس العالمية باختيار الطالبة سماء أحمد شوقي في الصف IB11 عضواً في فريق أصدقاء مفوض حقوق الطفل بالمؤسسة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان في مملكة البحرين. يتألف الفريق من 30 طالباً وطالبة تم اختيارهم من مختلف المدارس الحكومية والخاصة، ضمن الفئة العمرية من 12 إلى 18 سنة.
أطلقت المؤسسة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان فريق أصدقاء مفوض حقوق الطفل ليكون داعماً لعمل المفوض، حيث يساهم في دعم قضايا الأطفال وتعزيز مصالحهم، إلى جانب الإسهام في تطوير السياسات والتشريعات المعنية بحماية حقوقهم.
وجاء تدشين الفريق خلال الملتقى السنوي الأول الذي نظمته المؤسسة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان بالتعاون مع سفارة المملكة المتحدة في مملكة البحرين، تحت شعار "لديك الحق.. لديك صوت"، وذلك بحضور سعادة الدكتور محمد بن مبارك جمعة وزير التربية والتعليم، إلى جانب عدد من المسؤولين وأعضاء مجلسي الشورى والنواب، وممثلي المؤسسات المحلية والدولية المعنية بقضايا الطفل.
Britus International School - Bahrain is proud to announce that the student Sama Ahmed Shawqi Grade 11IB, has been selected as a member of the Friends of the Child Commissioner team at the National Institution for Human Rights in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The team consists of 30 students chosen from various public and private schools, aged between 12 and 18 years.
The National Institution for Human Rights launched the Friends of the Child Commissioner team to support the work of the Commissioner, contributing to advocating for children's issues and promoting their interests, as well as helping to develop policies and legislation aimed at protecting their rights.
The launch of the team took place during the first annual forum organized by the National Institution for Human Rights in collaboration with the British Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the slogan "You Have the Right... You Have a Voice." The event was attended by His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, along with several officials, members of the Shura and House of Representatives, and other representatives of local and international institutions concerned with children's issues.

A Day Full of Learning at Preschool!
Today in Preschool, our little stars were busy exploring the magical world of reading, numbers and colors! The classroom buzzed with excitement as the children practiced their reading skills, blending sounds like pros and bringing stories to life!
From sound games to story time, they dived into activities that transported them to new adventures, using their imaginations to unlock the magic of words! That’s not all! Our budding mathematicians were hard at work, counting everything from colorful blocks to nature treasures!
Every giggle and cheer echoed a love for learning and curiosity. We couldn’t be more proud of our young learners! Keep up the amazing work!
!يوم مليء بالتعلم في روضة الأطفال
اليوم في روضة الأطفال، كان نجومنا الصغار مشغولين باستكشاف العالم السحري للقراءة والأرقام والألوان! كانت أجواء الفصل مليئة بالحماس بينما كان الأطفال يمارسون مهارات القراءة، يمزجون الأصوات كالمحترفين ويحولون القصص إلى حياة
من ألعاب القراءة إلى وقت القصص، غاصوا في أنشطة نقلتهم إلى مغامرات جديدة، مستخدمين خيالهم لفتح سحر الكلمات! وهذا ليس كل شيء! كان خبراء الرياضيات الناشئون يعملون بجد، يعدون كل شيء من المكعبات الملونة إلى كنوز الطبيعة
كل ضحكة وهتاف كان يعبر عن حب التعليم والفضول. نحن فخورون جداً بمتعلمينّا الصغار! استمروا في العمل الرائع

يوم مليء بالتعلم في روضة الأطفال!
اليوم في روضة الأطفال، كان نجومنا الصغار مشغولين باستكشاف العالم السحري للقراءة والأرقام والألوان! كانت أجواء الفصل مليئة بالحماس بينما كان الأطفال يمارسون مهارات القراءة، يمزجون الأصوات كالمحترفين ويحولون القصص إلى حياة!
من ألعاب القراءة إلى وقت القصص، غاصوا في أنشطة نقلتهم إلى مغامرات جديدة، مستخدمين خيالهم لفتح سحر الكلمات! وهذا ليس كل شيء! كان خبراء الرياضيات الناشئون يعملون بجد، يعدون كل شيء من المكعبات الملونة إلى كنوز الطبيعة!
كل ضحكة وهتاف كان يعبر عن حب التعليم والفضول. نحن فخورون جداً بمتعلمينّا الصغار! استمروا في العمل الرائع!

Britus International School Bahrain (BISBH) proudly hosted the City Change Makers program, an inspiring initiative by 8billionideas, on January 22nd and 23rd. This immersive two-day event engaged Grade 7 students in re-imagining the future by designing and building sustainable cities through hands-on, creative activities.
Students worked collaboratively to create innovative city prototypes using recyclable materials, develop branding strategies, and present their ideas through interactive stall displays. This unique program reflects our commitment to fostering critical thinking and environmental awareness to equip students with essential skills to thrive as global citizens.
Congratulations to the top teams for their outstanding projects: Lumanara, Rubista, and Central City. A special recognition also goes to Remarkable City for their creativity and effort.
تشرفت مدرسة بريتس العالمية - البحرين باستضافة إحدى المبادرات الملهمة لـ 8billionideas يومي 22 و23 يناير، حيث أُقيم حدث تفاعلي مميز استمر لمدة يومين وشهد مشاركة طلاب الصف السابع في إعادة تصور المستقبل من خلال تصميم وبناء مدن مستدامة عبر أنشطة إبداعية وتطبيقية.
