The principle of "Relaxed Productivity" ...
..is not only the basis of our Leadership Program, it is our philosophy of life. We all have that in common at CoA.

For my vision to come true in life or in the company and to achieve my very personal goals, I am allowed to be productive. In order for me to be productive, I try to use my strengths. I am productive when I do exactly what I do best and what I really feel like doing. For everything else, I need a team. The more diverse the team with different strengths and passions, the more cool things we can do and accomplish. When everyone on the team has different strengths and passions, I accomplish the most because I can hand off a lot of what I'm not good at. That way, everything is easy and the team and I are relaxed, productive, and ready for unlimited ideas, visions and goals

That is why our leadership teaching, the principle of relaxed productivity.
