โœ… PCOS (Polycystic O***y Syndrome) is a very common hormonal disorder nowadays among the females of the reproductive age group, i.e., from 14-44 years.

โœ… The best way to prevent PCOS is by maintaining a healthy weight with BMI in the range of 18.5 to 24.9 alongside a healthy protein-rich diet.
