Instilling in our Little Starz a love of art and creativity is very important to us and to them!

Today, KG2 Flamingos created beautiful artwork in Miss Shirley’s class. The children learned about Vincent van Gogh, the Dutch artist, and explored some of his famous paintings, including Sunflowers and The Starry Night.

Inspired by Van Gogh’s sunflowers, the children then created their own beautiful sunflower canvases. They enjoyed the activity so much while listening to the classical sounds of Vivaldi. We definitely have some budding artists! 🎨

Our preschool was transformed into a world of stories, imagination, and adventure as our little ones arrived dressed as their favorite book characters! From beloved classics to magical heroes, the children brought their stories to life in the most wonderful way.

Our teachers and assistants also joined the fun by dressing up as storybook characters and preparing exciting live reading sessions and performances for the children. The day was filled with laughter, excitement, happy screams, and unforgettable moments as everyone enjoyed the stories and shows together.

Watching the children engage with books in such a joyful and creative way reminded us how magical storytelling can be.

This month at Little Starz Preschool, our little stars blasted off on an unforgettable journey through space!

Through exciting hands-on activities, sensory play, creative art, storytelling, and classroom adventures, the children explored planets, rockets, astronauts, and the wonders of the galaxy.

Our classrooms transformed into spaces of discovery, imagination, and learning as the children traveled beyond the stars through play-based experiences designed to spark curiosity and creativity.

We would like to commend these two students, Alhanouf and Fatima, for the kindness and compassion they have shown towards a classmate. In a world where kindness is needed more than ever, their thoughtful actions are truly appreciated and set a wonderful example for others. We encourage them to continue showing kindness, respect, and care towards everyone around them at all times.

A little trip to England… without leaving Little Starz Preschool!

Our children enjoyed a delightful British-themed tea party, where they explored a taste of England through fun, child-friendly treats and activities. From “tea time” snacks to charming decorations, it was a lovely way to introduce a new culture in a playful and engaging environment.

Lots of smiles, laughter, and tiny teacups made this day extra special.

Celebrating World Earth Day at Little Starz Preschool

Our Little Starz came dressed in beautiful shades of blue, green, and brown to honor our planet and learn the importance of caring for it.

With the support of our wonderful families, the children brought recyclable items from home such as shoe boxes, tissue boxes, and water bottles. Using their creativity and imagination, our Little Starz transformed these everyday items into amazing creations, from bags and book holders to decorative pieces and even recycled aliens inspired by our monthly theme, Space! 🚀👽

It was a joyful day filled with creativity, learning, and meaningful conversations about protecting our Earth.
