On this day 21 years ago I said yes to loving you every single day of my life. I said yes to making memories with you. I said yes to starting a family together. I said yes to facing life's hardships hand in hand. I said yes to being vulnerable in front of you. I said yes to growing old next to you.
Today I say yes again & again as I'm grateful for it all & I'm blessed to be going on this life's journey with you.

It's not every day that your younger sister turns 50, & not just any sister. My sister has always been there for me, through thick & thin, ups & downs, tears & laughter till our stomachs hurt ♥️
Mahmah you've always been a constant rock in my life, & I can't imagine having doing it all without you by my side, always supportive, always loving ✨
Seeing you evolve just like a butterfly has been so inspiring. I'm so proud of you & love you so much 🦋

🌟🎓 Yesterday was a momentous day as graduated from high school! I couldn't be prouder of you Azdoudi & all your hard work over the past 13 years. Watching you walk across that stage, I felt an overwhelming sense of joy amidst the challenges our Palestinian people are facing.

This achievement is a beacon of hope, & I believe in the bright future that lies ahead for you. As you embark on the next phase of your educational journey, I wish you endless opportunities & the courage to make a difference in the world.

Activists' mental health is so important.
The work that's being done for Palestine takes a toll on our mental & emotional energy.
I have created a meditation & prayer to help us all carry on on this holly mission for the people in Palestine.

I am offering this on Sunday the 18th. I usually start with journaling (I provide prompts) & a short discussion (holding space for anyone who wishes to share), then a guided meditation, that leads to a collective prayer. I usually hold these in English but discussions can be also in Arabic. I'm happy to hold those sessions in Arabic at a future time, upon request. There are still many people out there who don't understand the struggles of the Palestinian people or the impact of the ongoing discrimination & violence against that. Those cause long lasting traumas that are difficult to heal while the bombings, injustices, & occupation continue.
