Activists' mental health is so important.
The work that's being done for Palestine takes a toll on our mental & emotional energy.
I have created a meditation & prayer to help us all carry on on this holly mission for the people in Palestine.
If you feel called for this, then join me in half an hour for just 30 minutes to centre & re energize yourself

I am offering this on Sunday the 18th. I usually start with journaling (I provide prompts) & a short discussion (holding space for anyone who wishes to share), then a guided meditation, that leads to a collective prayer. I usually hold these in English but discussions can be also in Arabic. I'm happy to hold those sessions in Arabic at a future time, upon request. If you'd like to join pls let me know so I take into account number of people joining 🙏🏻

There are still many people out there who don't understand the struggles of the Palestinian people or the impact of the ongoing discrimination & violence against that. Those cause long lasting traumas that are difficult to heal while the bombings, injustices, & occupation continue.

Amid the twinkling lights and festive joy of Christmas, our hearts go out to the souls in Palestine.
