🌎 Earth Day at AHSB

We marked Earth Day with an inspiring presentation focused on recycling, why it matters, and how it actually works here in Varna.
A special thank you to our guest, Yana Stoyanova, Manager at EcoPartners ‐ the company responsible for collecting and recycling waste in Varna. She helped us understand the real impact of recycling and how each of us plays a role in keeping our city clean. ♻️

We are thrilled to share that the funds raised during the AHSB Christmas auction have supported a truly meaningful cause. Our students visited the House for Medical and Social Care for Children, where they personally delivered the items purchased, thanks to your generous donations.
We are also proud to share that the school matched the funds raised, making our contribution even more significant.
Thank you to all our parents, students, and community members. Together, we were able to provide great support where it is truly needed.

🌟 Spreading Kindness and Spring Cheer! 🌟
On Tuesday, 10 March, our students visited the Nursery Home “Cherno More” to deliver donations raised during our Charity Concert on 18 January. After being postponed due to the flu quarantine, we were thrilled to finally carry out this heartwarming initiative! 💙

The children shared short performances from the concert, bringing joy and happy smiles to the residents, and gifted martenichki and handmade cards for the 1st of March to celebrate the arrival of spring.

We are also proud to share that the school matched the funds collected, helping to make the donations even more meaningful.

A big thank you to everyone who supported this effort – your generosity, combined with the school’s contribution, helps our students learn the true values of kindness, giving, and community spirit! 🙏

The AHSB field trip took place at Historical Park, where our students explored different eras of Bulgarian history 🇧🇬✨

We experienced how people lived through the ages, discovering traditions, culture, and daily life from ancient times to more recent periods.

To make the day even more exciting, students tried archery and tested their skills like true warriors 🏹

AFSB is seeking a Student Counselor. This is a full-time position based at our Sea Garden campus for students from Kindergarten to grade 7. Activities include: Language development, sensory exploration, arts & crafts, movement & dance, social skills, outdoor adventures, and interactive storytelling.

A registration fee of €150 is due at the time of application. This is a one-time fee for new students; existing ASB students do not need to pay it. A deposit of €200 must then be paid to reserve a space for your child. This deposit will be deducted from the overall fee. The deposit can be paid in cash, or, if preferred, we can arrange payment via bank transfer.

We are thrilled to introduce a special summer program designed for young learners aged 4 to 5!

This program is tailored to create a joyful and immersive English experience through creativity-based learning. Our hands-on activities will foster curiosity, imagination, and early language development while making English fun and engaging. Through storytelling, songs, movement games, and sensory exploration, children will experience a summer full of discovery and excitement.

The course will start on 6 July 2026 and continue until 4 September 2026.
Please note: The school will be closed for summer vacation during the first full week of August (3–7 August 2026).

After a busy week of exams, our AHSB students enjoyed a fun and relaxing week.

Throughout the week, students took part in different activities – from exciting bowling and pool games to energetic football and basketball matches. It was a great opportunity to relax, stay active, and spend time together.
