From Sophia across Europe to Berlin, the Creativity and Ethics in the Time of AI project has reached an important milestone.
Our final conference and platform launch brought together experts, adult learners, and creatives for a thoughtful and lively exchange. The discussion reflected what this project has been about from the start: questioning how AI shapes creativity, and how we can engage with it more responsibly.
At the same time, our Transnational Project Meeting in Berlin marked the closing of an intensive collaboration between partners, finalising results and reflecting on what comes next. One key outcome is the newly launched platform—designed to support creatives with practical tools and critical insights, with a particular focus on accessibility and inclusion.
As the project wraps up, the intention remains ongoing: to strengthen digital literacy, support self-determined creative work, and contribute to a more ethical and human-centred approach to AI in the cultural and creative sectors.

Still reflecting on an inspiring final conference and the launch event of Creativity and Ethics in the Time of AI. Experts, adult learners, and creatives met and the event created a space for open exchange, critical thinking, and genuine curiosity.
My personal highlight was the lively panel discussion with artist Tim Ra, computational linguist Xenia Klinge, and our project representatives. The conversation moved freely ethics, and the real-world challenges of working with AI—thoughtful, honest, and at times provocative.
What stood out most was the energy in the room: engaged participants, diverse perspectives, and a shared sense that this conversation is only just beginning.

We’re proud to announce the launch of our platform developed within the Creativity and Ethics in the Time of AI project.
Designed as a practical and accessible resource, the platform aims to support creatives in navigating AI with confidence, critical awareness, and responsibility. It brings together tools, methods, and insights shaped through collaboration across disciplines and countries.
Our hope is simple: that it reaches those who need it most—especially creatives from marginalized backgrounds—and contributes to stronger digital literacy, greater self-determination, and more inclusive participation in the evolving creative economy.

Berlin hosted our final Transnational Project Meeting, marking an important milestone for the Creativity and Ethics in the Time of AI project.
Partners from across Europe came together to exchange insights, reflect on outcomes, and finalise key results—from educational materials to the newly launched platform. The meeting was both productive and reflective, balancing practical coordination with a broader look at the project’s long-term impact.
It also highlighted the strength of collaboration: different perspectives, shared goals, and a commitment to responsible and inclusive approaches to AI in the creative sector.

You are the last line of defense against biased AI output. 🛡️🎭
No matter how advanced the tool, human oversight is non negotiable. Review every output critically before it goes live. Be the ethical editor your work deserves. 💡🙌

02/04/2026

When AI was asked to generate a CEO it produced a white man. Almost every single time. 😬🤖
That's not a glitch. That's the bias baked into the training data speaking louder than your prompt. Time to take back creative control. 💪🎨

30/03/2026

A weak prompt gives you a stereotyped output. Every time. ⚠️✨

The more specific, inclusive and intentional your prompt is, the more original and diverse your AI output becomes. Your words are your most powerful creative tool. 🧠🎨
