Dear partners,
I hope you are all doing fine and getting ready to everybody in Minsk in a few weeks.
As our intranet area http://erasmusharmony.ning.com/ is not available at the moment, I am sending this message via e-mail.
With this message I would like to circulate information regarding the upcoming event at BSU, Minsk, Belarus.
Please, find attached hereto the following important documents:
1. Draft program of the 3-days event.

As you can see we will have different activities, e.g. conference, coordination meeting and trainings. The latter will attract more participants from other HEIs and is supported by Belarus Erasmus+ Office. We’re offering 3 topics (Managing Erasmus+ KA107 mobility projects, Managing Erasmus+ Capacity building projects and Managing public events), but depending on experts available I suppose we will be able to run only 2 sessions (also because of the timeframes we have for these activities). The trainings have the following format: in the beginning of each session expert delivers short presentations and after that the group work begins. Groups will receive individual case to study and find solution and finally present the outcomes. The group work will be supervised by experts and supported by expertise of our HARMONY project EU partners, so dear EU partners, your participation in of high importance.
We are also trying to arrange an optional cultural program for those who wish to do so, namely the visit to the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of the Republic of Belarus to enjoy the ballet “Le Corsaire”. In order we could book tickets for you in advance we need to know who is planning to go to see the performance, so please indicate that in the respective field of the registration form. The ticket price is not very high, e.g. up to 10-15 euro. You will pay upon arrival.
2. Practical information document. This document contains some specific information about Belarus as well as a list of hotels we recommend our foreign guests to book. There is also information about venues of the meeting: all meetings will be taking place on the BSU main campus in the building of the Faculty of International Relations (1 and 2 days) and in the building of the BSU Library (trainings on the 3rd day).
3. Registration form. Please fill in the registration form and return it by e-mail to Yuliana Sotnikova to the address: [email protected] Yuliana is our new local project manager who is replacing Liudmila Slivinsakya in my office, please make relevant corrections in your mailing lists.

Visa issue.
As you all know EU citizens are not required to have BY visas if the duration of their stay in Belarus no longer than 5 days (and you entering Belarus via National airport Minsk). I suppose this is the case of all those who’re coming to Minsk on the meeting. If still, there is a need to have visa (due to duration longer that 5 days) please contact me directly at [email protected] and we arrange you visa support letter so you could apply for the visa at the National airport Minsk right after your arrival. Armenians and Russians have visa-free entry.
Let me wish all of you safe trip to Belarus and we are looking forward to meeting you all at BSU very soon.
Sincerely,
Alexander
