🔬🦠 Our youngest students finished their 'Life Cycles' unit collaborating with the Middle School Hands On Green Stuff (HOGS) team this week. The preschoolers had a hands-on experience making slime and lookeing at tadpoles under the microscope.
It was great fun working together and learning from each other!
Our students tell us about May 24 - The Day of the Bulgarian Alphabet, Education and Culture and of Slavic Literature, and teach us a few key words in Bulgarian.
Честит 24-ти май! 📖
Forget the midweek slump—our Middle School assembly was pure electricity this Wednesday morning! ⚡️
A huge round of applause to our phenomenal dancers who brought so much passion, rhythm, and hard work to the stage today. Standing ovations from your classmates and friends are always the hardest to earn, and you blew everyone away! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
We also want to give a special shoutout to the wonderful Ms. Vera for her endless dedication and for always pushing our students to shine bright. 🌟
We have so much art talent in Middle and High school🎨
Check out a few of the artworks from the MS/HS art exhibition that opened yesterday and join us in congratulating the artists 👏🏼

This week our Gr. 11 students participated in a series of live interview simulations.
The session was designed for students to hone the practical skills required for their upcoming profile and editorial projects.
Students were tasked with active listening, asking spontaneous follow-up questions and taking notes.
By engaging with various community members, our 11th graders gained valuable experience in professional communication and information gathering.
A huge thank you to the staff volunteers who generously shared their time and stories to help our students develop these essential skills!

The Grade 6 classroom was buzzing as our students welcomed their parents for a very special "Author Celebration." 📖
Our young creators have been diving deep into the art of visual storytelling - exploring exactly how text and image work together to bring a narrative to life. After analyzing and summarizing complex stories, they applied those skills to draft, design, and debut their very own original graphic novels.
It was a proud moment to see our students walk their parents through their creative process, from initial sketches to the final "inked" stories.
