My profession has taught me a lot of patience and persistence. I know very well that no matter how much enthusiasm and effort I put into my work today, the result cannot be always seen on the same day or even in months.

To plant a seed learner, I usually follow a few basic steps to make sure that my flower students grow and bloom. To begin with, I choose the right container level which I feel with quality soil-course content and plant my seed at the proper depth. After which, everyday diligent assistance and work are required. I water it wisely, maintain the right temperature and fertilise my seedling gently, as well as give it enough light, love, care, support and encouragement.

Today is one of the days when the result of our work shows how hard we have tried. My student Alek has scored Band 8 (out of 9 possible) in his IELTS exam. It means that he will be able to study at any university in the world he would like to apply for and make his dreams come true! I am the happiest teacher in the world to see my students progress, succeed, broaden their horizons, enrich their skills and achieve their goals! Alek, today you are my hero and you have made my day! I am proud to say that every single student I used to work with, I am teaching now and I will guide in the future are my heroes! I thank you all for giving me a chance to be your Teacher! ❤️🥰🙏🌟🏆🥇🎉

Mid-August is the time when most of us spend our leisure time resting. Some of us feel at peace while hiding in the shade of a park. Being curious by nature, I very often ask myself different questions and then search for answers in books, on the Internet or in my mind. I believe it is a very healthy way to keep your mind active. Since the mind is like a muscle which becomes stronger through continual exercise, the mental exercise caused by curiosity makes your mind stronger and stronger. 🧠💪🏆💖

Research on growth mindset tells us that students who understand that mistakes are a part of the learning process are more likely to persevere in the face of failure. Following this train of thought, as a teacher, I am striving to encourage my students to try even if they are going to make a mistake and not to be afraid of being wrong. I do believe that the best thing about making mistakes is that we can always learn something new from them or review something that we have already studied but forgotten.
