AI is like a quick-sugar rush 🍩 on a gloomy day at your 9 to 5.

Quick-sugar food puts glucose into your bloodstream in about 5 minutes but it's neither nourishing, nor fulfilling or even filling. 30 min later you crave another one.

AI posts are so ear-tickling. They say exactly what you want to hear, exactly what you mean to say but can't. You give your power away freely and proudly.

What the world craves is authenticity in word, intention, and deed.

All posts on social media sound the same and at some point become a blur. You keep scrolling mindlessly through them and nothing can touch your heart. They're hollow.

But when a rare one does, it's because it came from a heart 💜. One can always feel the energy behind the words and connect to their author on a different level. A more authentic one.

So in a world of AI becoming the anchor(wo)man, be a poet who woke up gently poked by their Muse and created a masterpiece pouring their heart out, touched by real life events, real body sensations and emotional whirlwinds...

Slow down to speed up...

Allow yourself the infinite space to just relax your body, slow down your thoughts, surrender control, receive with open arms, drink up the serenity, experience every moment consciously, expand into your femininity, bask in the perfection that is you, dip into the calmness of your emotions...

Take it as it comes, no rush, no control.

As you slow down and surrender, you don't give up your power, you give up the anxiety around the future, the control of the uncontrollable; you give up the struggle, the resistance to what IS. And you just float. As soon as you relax your body, you start floating.

Ideas come to you.
Images come to you.
Creation comes through you.

Proposals come to you.
People come to you.
Situations come to you.

The more you relax into receivership, the more you are rewarded with abundance of possibilities, choices, and opportunities. You become magnetic for that which is meant for you even before you thought you wanted it.

So, allow yourself to just receive and enjoy ✨

When we’re in a state of worthiness, we consistently show up for ourselves every day. Even when we’re tired. Even when we have doubt. Even when we’re afraid.

If we can overcome that resistance … if we can overcome ourselves, and meet ourselves in practice, day after day … we’re letting the universe know: I’m here. I’m worthy. I’m ready to receive.

In that one simple act, we’re taking responsibility for creating our personal reality.

"It doesn't get any better than this."

Really?? Says who!?

Start asking better questions, so you can get better results:

"What ELSE is possible?"

Did you know that 98% of “your” thoughts, feelings and emotions do not belong to you. They belong to everyone else around you. You’re a giant psychic radio receiver.

Do you get frustrated all of a sudden and catch yourself thinking, ``This is not like me...'' Maybe it really isn't.

Every time you feel yourself going into an emotion, thought, or feeling, ask, “Who does this belong to?” If it’s not yours, it will immediately lighten up.

It could belong to your neighbor down the street or to somebody walking by your apartment. You don’t have to know who it belongs to; just return it to sender with consciousness attached.

You can also ask, “Is this mine or someone else’s?” If it lightens up at all, it’s not yours. If it feels heavy, ask, “How did I create it?” or “Did I buy this as mine when it wasn’t?”

When you use these questions, you’ll start seeing things differently in your life.

You will begin to notice the places where you have a limited point of view about money and you’ll see the places where you have an expansive point of view.

You will begin to develop a different way of looking at the world, and because your point of view generates your reality, you will start to generate something totally different in your life.

Your reality is inconceivable.
Your choices are inconceivable.
The way you look at the world is inconceivable.

You are an Infinite Being.
You could perceive everything.
You could know everything.
You could receive everything.
You get to be every possibility.

We tend to say "I'm here to serve" because as coaches, hides, facilitators we want to be of service to people.

When, in fact, the truth is that we desire to fully embody and be our unique self-expression ✨ and whoever is aligned with that frequency feels that we can be useful and valuable to them. They are magnetized to us and they get transformed in the presence of our energy, and not only because of the tools we utilize.
