IN 2026 WE WILL CELEBRATE DR. LOZANOV'S 100TH ANNIVERSARY.
He was born on July 22nd, 1926. To commemorate this by organising an international conference in Bulgaria, LITTA has joined forces with OPTIMA. The other co-organisers will be the Language Department of Sofia Technical University and Artis School where Suggestopedia is currently applied.

We were happy to welcome two Suggestopedic teachers and teacher trainers, Christina Johnstone from Sweden and Stavriana Soubassi from Greece. They spent a week in Bulgaria visiting Sofia and Veliko Turnovo (17-24 July, 2025) to meet Bulgarian Suggesto-pedagogues and pay tribute to Dr. Georgi Lozanov for his legacy on his 99th birthday!
