We are excited to release all the information related to the election for our 2026-2027 committee for Warwick Debating Society!
Due to various clashes, SU regulations, and general administrative issues pertaining to the events, we have postponed our AGM and Elections to W9 Monday and Wednesday respectively.

📢 We are so excited to host our first Internal Competition of the year!! This is a great oppertunity to have a go at debating at a tournament hosted by our amazing exec team!

The competition will have 4 rounds and final and is a brilliant chance to practice soft skills, all the techniques you've learnt from training sessions but also if you're new to debating, it can be a great way to get involved and give the sport a go.

🚨🚨 Join us in the 12th of February in room A0.23 to see our amazing debaters discuss whether Trump's aggressive power projection is in the interests of the US.

We are so proud to bring you this event which will be full of interesting discussion and argumenation about the current political climate. If you want to learn more and have a fun afternoon watching a great debate come join us at 5pm!

This event is hosted by Warwick Model United Nations, Warwick Economics Society, Warwick Debating Society, Warwick History Society and Warwick PPE Society.

Introducing The Speaking Societies Ball!! Join us on March 10th at Warwick House for our spring themed ball, perfect for an evening in the new season. You can expect an evening of delicious food, great music, dancing and fun 🥳🥳

This event is in collaboration with Warwick Debating Society, Warwick Model United Nations, The Public Speaking Society, TEDxWarwick and Warwick Speakeasy! We are so proud of all the work that went into making this a great night for everyone and we cannot wait to see you all there!!
