Internship at Film Forge 🎬
finished her internship last week, and here’s what she had to say about her experience:
“My internship provided me with a lot of insight into the industry. From working on different tasks in the studio’s offices to being on set in various positions, I not only had the opportunity to learn how a movie set works, but also to adapt and come back to the next production more prepared and aware of what my team needed.
The time I spent in the Camera and Grip departments allowed me to experience the other side of the industry - the office job part. I had the privilege of working with technicians, highly qualified to handle movie equipment, which allowed me to dive deeper into the mechanics behind everything.
Additionally, being part of the teams responsible for the equipment made me appreciate just how many people are involved in ensuring the production process runs smoothly.
I am leaving NU Boyana with a very important asset - experience. I am forever grateful for the opportunity and trust I got from the Film Forge team, and I am looking forward to the next time I get to work with them.”
