Welcome back everyone 👋🏽
Check out our new post in collaboration with MUS Sports and Exercise Medicine!
Let’s take a look at Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). As the heart muscle gets thicker it makes it harder for the heart to pump efficiently. Ultimately leading to heart failure or even sudden death.
It’s important to identify the signs and symptoms to come up with the correct combinations of medications, procedures and lifestyle changes.
For most people with HCM, light and moderate exercise is good for overall health 🏃
Head over to to find out more about HCM. Make sure you check out their page and follow for more interesting topics.
