About the IT infrastructure team :
We are a start-up, means all possibilities for the future, but high responsibility as the only one IT Manager in the beginning. Our plan is to build up a team of 5-6 IT System Engineers serving our internal infrastructure but supporting our customers and partners as well.
About the role :
We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator who is innovative, collaborative, and driven. This role will handle multiple aspects administration, deployment, maintenance, performance tuning, reliability engineering and issue troubleshooting environment. There will be an opportunity to learn about all aspects of Chat, Bot and API technology, as well as the business, and to grow your skills and knowledge in both breadth and depth and have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology.
• You will be installing workstations, servers and all associated peripheral devices
• You will be diagnosing and solving faults in both hardware and software
• You will perform system builds and upgrades
• Over time you will automate everything that can be automated
• You will do long-term planning and engineering for capacity, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high
availability
• You will be supporting core trading and business software deployed on Linux
• You will be investigating new technologies and solutions to improve day-to-day system administration
About you :
• You love problem solving and have a can-do attitude to see issues through to resolution
• You have a desire to grow into an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer
• You have a passion for learning the details and minutiae of systems engineering in a multi-vendor environment
• You have an open-minded and innovative approach and can show initiative

• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Essential requirements:
• A Computer Science or related degree, or relevant work experience
• Able to learn new skills and technologies quickly
• Programming / scripting skills for automation of tasks (powershell and/or python)
• Knowledge in HTML and Java
• 2+ years’ experience working with Windows in a system administration capacity
• Experience building Windows servers and workstations
• Experience troubleshooting issues
• Knowledge how to connect SaaS based solutions through API like Zapier
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, G-Cloud, Azure, etc.)
• English is a must because this is our business language, German would be nice to have
Desirable requirements :
• Active Directory and Exchange knowledge and experience
• Experience with virtualization, WDS, and/or WSUS
• Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Hands on experience working in datacentre facilities
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, G-Cloud, Azure, etc.)
Starting date 1st October for 90 hours per month, €800 net salary.
From 1st January full time, €1,300 net salary
Nice office in Sofia, 24 days vacation per Calendar Year

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a productivity consultant and part of our team you will report directly to the Project Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Identifying weak points in the client’s organization and proposing new methods for overcoming them.
• Development and implementation of procedures and management systems that will contribute to the total implementation of a productivity improvement program.
• Direct communication with all hierarchy levels in the client’ management.
• Proposing and implementing action plans aiming at improving the communication in and between client’s company departments.
• Training Supervisors and Managers on the floor in order to adapt and implement the proposed organizational changes.
• Conducting different types of analyses – operational, statistical, behavioural.
• Helping Project Manager in presenting the studies, analyses and proposals in front of the higher management of the client.
CANDIDATES SHOULD:
• Have Engineering or Financial University background
• Have excellent Excel skills
• Be immediate available
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills
Having VBA (Visual basic) skills and/or management consulting experience is a an advantage.
