💪Multiplier events aimed at dissemination and exploitation of project results to a wider group of interested stakeholders and representatives of the target audience. All together five conferences were organized and involved around 300 participants (academics, educational experts, university students, graduates from technical specialties and HEI managers and administrators responsible for institutional development, multiplier organizations- policymakers in the field of software engineering, employer’s organizations, NGOs, SMEs and professional associations and networks; other stakeholders).

👩‍💻 The National Multiplier Event of the SoftAware Project, with the title ‘Creating Talents in Software Engineering’ organized PCX Management, took place on 15 December 2021 at Larnaca, Cyprus.
👏 This event was the last of a series of national multiplier events organized in each partner country with the main goal to share the outputs developed during the project lifetime and to disseminate them among interested stakeholders.

👩‍💻 This Wednesday (15 Dec) project SoftAware partners PCX Management invite all to a National Conference in Cyprus "Creating talents in Software Engineering."

📃The agenda of the event includes a keynote speaker who will introduce the need for software talents in the IT industry, presentation of project SoftAware intellectual outputs, and discussion on topic "Development of Software talents".

👩‍💻„Everything that can be digital will be” (Rozorfish, 1995). For the successful implementation of digitalization, we need qualified and up-to-date software engineers. Project SoftAware partners worked on this challenge and presented results in multipair events in partners countries.
