Стартира проект по прграма Еразъм+ SICoM — Social Impact Community Manager с първата транснационална партньорска среща в Хага, Нидерландия. Целта на проекта е да се даде възможност на професионалисти и активни хора в социалната сфера да надградят уменията си, за да може да се постигне реално въздействие на социални инициативи и интервенции.
В рамките на проекта партньорите от България, Нидерландия, Италия, Гърция и Кипър ще разработят специална програма и ще обучат 60 местни лидера в социалната сфера.
Чрез Knowledge Centre на Euclid Network ще се публикуват безплатни наръчници и инструменти за измерване и увеличаване на социалното въздействие

From October 14 to 18, 2024, Sofia, Bulgaria hosted the "Train the Trainers" event as part of the Green MiCred Pathways project, aimed at upskilling and reskilling low-skilled adults for lifelong learning. This initiative, funded by the European Union under the ERASMUS-EDU-2022-PI-FORWARD call, brought together educators, trainers, and mobility advisors from various backgrounds to enhance their skills and share best practices.
The event kicked off with a warm welcome and an introduction to the GreenMiCred project, highlighting its aims, goals, and the partnership consortium involved. Participants engaged in interactive presentations and workshops focused on the foundations of andragogy, principles of adult learning, and practical activities designed to improve their training techniques.
Throughout the five-day workshop, attendees had the opportunity to network, share experiences, and discuss key issues related to adult education and mobility processes. A visit to the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy provided participants with real-world insights on emerging green skills and into effective training environments.
The Green MiCred Pathways project continues to make strides in promoting lifelong learning and empowering low-skilled adults, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to thrive in an ever-evolving job market. The success of this event marks a significant step forward in achieving these goals, fostering a community of dedicated trainers ready to make a difference.

On October 16, 2024, an event was held in Sofia within the Erasmus+ Days - "Erasmus+ and Green MiCred Pathways for a sustainable future", with representatives of the innovative project Green MiCred Pathways from Sweden, North Macedonia, Spain, Ireland, Latvia and Bulgaria. Representatives of higher education institutions, social partners, state institutions with competences in the field of VET and adult learning gathered to discuss the lasting impact of the Erasmus+ program and the innovative project Green Micro Credentials pathways: Upskill and Reskilling Low Skilled Adults for Lifelong Learning.

The discussion sessions included the possibilities of Erasmus+ for the personal and professional growth of adult learners and the role of the program in promoting international cooperation and training.

Good practices and success stories from Erasmus+ mobilities participants were presented, tips were shared to avoid common mistakes when designing and implementing mobilities, and ideas for future Erasmus+ projects were discussed, focusing on cooperation and sustainability.

The event “Erasmus+ and Green MiCred Pathways for a Sustainable Future,” part of ErasmusDays 2024, will take place on October 15, 2024, at the Educational HUB in Sofia, Bulgaria. This event focuses on promoting sustainable development through the Erasmus+ program and exploring opportunities for personal and professional growth within the Erasmus+ framework.
