Кой може да кандидатства?

Допустими са предприятия, които:

✔️ притежават валиден лиценз за извършване на превоз на товари;
✔️ развиват основна икономическа дейност Н.49.41 – Товарен автомобилен транспорт;
✔️ имат платени пътни такси чрез системата BG Toll през 2025 г.;
✔️ нямат задължения към държавата и общините и не са в несъстоятелност или ликвидация.

📌 Важно: Размерът на помощта се определя на база платените през 2025 г. тол такси, които служат като индикатор за обема на извършените превози.

⏳ Проектите могат да бъдат с продължителност до 12 месеца, но не по-късно от 31.12.2027 г.

🌟 Introducing Our Next 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗠𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹: Dr. Styliani Kleanthous 🌟

What happens when we put people at the heart of technology? 💡

We are delighted to spotlight Dr. Styliani Kleanthous, Assistant Professor in Human–AI Interaction at the Open University of Cyprus and co-director of the Cyprus Center for Trustworthy AI (CyCAT).

Her expertise lies at the intersection of Human-Centered AI, Explainable AI, personalization, adaptive systems, fairness, and human–AI interaction. Her research explores how AI can work together with people in meaningful and responsible ways - while ensuring that technology serves everyone fairly.

👩‍💻 Dr. Kleanthous holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Information Systems from the University of Salford. With more than 50 scientific publications and extensive involvement in leading international research conferences, she is actively shaping the future of human-centered and trustworthy technology.

💜 But her impact goes beyond research. Dr. Kleanthous is also the Program Manager for Women4Cyber Youth Ambassadors, where she mentors young women and supports them in developing their career prospects. She is also involved with CEPIS DiversIT, promoting and supporting women in ICT.

💬 Her message to young women is powerful:
“Growth comes from trying, even when you fail. If you never take the chance, you’ll never know the heights you’re capable of reaching.”

🌍 And when it comes to the future of AI, she reminds us of something fundamental: the technologies of tomorrow will be shaped by the people who are at the creation table today.

That is why empowering more women to participate in technology, AI, cybersecurity, and research is not only about creating more opportunities for women - it is about building fairer, more responsible, and more human technology for everyone.

🚀A first look at the WELLBOOST Digital Life Skills Simulator!

We are currently developing the WELLBOOST Digital Life Skills Simulator – an interactive digital tool designed to support Ukrainian secondary students in European schools in exploring their psycho-social wellbeing and strengthening essential life skills.

Through real-life, scenario-based questions and bite-sized learning content, the Simulator will encourage students to reflect on how they respond to everyday situations and better understand their strengths and areas for growth.

🧠The tool focuses on 12 core life skills, organised across four dimensions:
🔹 Cognitive: creativity, problem-solving, critical thinking
🔹 Individual: self-management, resilience, communication
🔹 Social: respect for diversity, empathy, participation skills
🔹 Instrumental: decision-making, cooperation, negotiation

But WELLBOOST is not only about self-assessment. The platform is being designed to help students explore, reflect and grow, while also providing educators with useful insights to better support their students.

🌍To make the Simulator accessible across the WELLBOOST partner countries and to Ukrainian students, the platform will be available in 7 languages: English, Bulgarian, Czech, Greek, Polish, Slovenian and Ukrainian.

💻The English version is currently ready, but versions in the other languages are still under development.

We are excited to see the WELLBOOST Digital Life Skills Simulator taking shape and look forward to sharing more updates soon!

🇨🇳🎓 As our China VET mobility approaches its final stage, our Bulgarian delegation reached another important milestone: putting newly acquired knowledge and skills into practice through vocational skills assessment and recognition.

During their programme in Chongqing, our 16 Bulgarian VET teachers and head teachers from 7 vocational schools had the opportunity to participate in a vocational skills assessment connected with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China.

📜 The assessment in basic livestreaming sales skills provided our educators with an introduction to a professional field that has emerged alongside the rapid development of China's digital economy and e-commerce sector.

The assessment focused on practical competences related to livestreaming-based sales and digital commerce, allowing participants to experience how professional skills can be structured, taught and assessed against defined occupational requirements.

📱 Livestreaming has become an important component of China's digital commerce ecosystem, creating new professional roles and new competence requirements.

For VET educators, this provides an interesting example of how technological and market developments can generate new occupational profiles and how vocational education systems can respond by developing corresponding training and assessment opportunities.

💡 Over the past two weeks, our VET delegation has explored Chinese VET institutions, modern training centres, smart manufacturing, automotive technologies, aviation, digital commerce, international logistics and cultural traditions.

🇧🇬🤝🇨🇳 This final stage of our China VET mobility leaves our educators with new knowledge, new perspectives and new ideas that can be taken back to their schools and shared with their learners and colleagues.

🌟 Introducing Our Next 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗠𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹: Caroline König 🌟

What if your path into cybersecurity doesn’t start with computer science? 💡

We are delighted to spotlight Caroline König, a Researcher in the Security and Privacy Research Group at the Universität Wien and part of the CORE Research Group at SBA Research, where she focuses on software protection, software security, and privacy.

Caroline’s journey into cybersecurity is anything but traditional. She originally studied Philosophy, specialising in the philosophy of technology. Her curiosity about how technology actually works led her to learn computer science, become a software developer, and eventually transition into cybersecurity research. Today, she is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Machine Learning while continuing her research career.

💡 Her story shows that cybersecurity is not limited to one educational background or one career path. Skills such as critical thinking, analytical reasoning, curiosity, and the ability to question assumptions can become powerful assets in cybersecurity.

👩‍💻 Caroline particularly highlights the importance of curiosity, experimentation, communication, teamwork, and persistence. Cybersecurity research is about solving complex problems, testing ideas, learning from failures, and constantly adapting to new challenges.

🎤 One of her memorable experiences was taking part in a Science Slam during the Long Night of Research, explaining complex cybersecurity research to a general audience in just three minutes. Her passion for making cybersecurity understandable and accessible is another reminder that communication is an essential part of the field.

💬 Her message to young women is simple: don't be afraid to try something new. You don't need a traditional technical background to start. Explore, learn, connect with communities, and give cybersecurity a chance - you may discover a career you truly enjoy.

🌍 Caroline also reminds us why diversity matters in cybersecurity. Different perspectives help identify risks that might otherwise be overlooked and contribute to more comprehensive research, stronger security solutions, and more inclusive technologies.

✨ Your background doesn't have to define your future. Sometimes, the most unexpected path can lead you exactly where you belong.

🌏🚆🚢 Exploring the future of global trade: the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor

Our China VET mobility continues with another fascinating learning experience in Chongqing, this time exploring the intersection of logistics, digitalisation, international trade and emerging technologies.

As part of their programme, our 16 Bulgarian VET teachers and head teachers from 7 vocational schools visited the Exhibition Hall of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, where they learned about one of China's major initiatives for connecting inland regions with international markets. 🇨🇳🌍

🚆🚢 Connecting China with the world

The New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor is a multimodal international trade and logistics route linking western China with Southeast Asia and other global markets. Chongqing plays a central role in this network, serving as an important logistics hub connecting rail, sea and road transport.

For our VET educators, the visit offered an opportunity to see how modern logistics systems are transforming the movement of goods and creating new demands for skilled professionals.

💻 A new era of cross-border trade

The VET delegation also attended a professional lecture focusing on the development of new cross-border trade channels and digital new trade.

The session explored how digital technologies are changing international commerce, logistics and supply chains, including:

🔹 digital platforms for cross-border commerce
🔹 smart logistics and supply-chain management
🔹 digital trade channels and international connectivity
🔹 data-driven decision-making
🔹 digitalisation of customs and logistics processes
🔹 new models of cross-border e-commerce
🔹 the growing role of technology in international trade

💡 Why is this relevant for VET?

The rapid digitalisation of global trade is creating new occupations, new business models and new skill requirements.

Professionals working in logistics, e-commerce, international trade and supply-chain management increasingly need a combination of technical, digital, analytical and intercultural competences.

🇧🇬🤝🇨🇳 For our VET professionals, discovering these developments in Chongqing is another opportunity to understand how VET can prepare learners for an increasingly connected, digital and global labour market.
