😍😍And after two years working together our final meeting and final event happened some days in Sofia hosted by our partner ECQ.

Along these two years we have created tools for company mentors (self evaluation soft skills tool, soft skills manual and a best practice guide), with the hope of offering an useful and interesting learning material.

It has been a pleasure to work with all our partners Mobility Friends Innovation Frontiers European Center for Quality and M&M Profuture Training, S.L.

The final Portuguese event of the SoftComInVET project took place at tAssociação Intercultural Amigos Da Mobilidade (Portugal).

The project was introduced and our final results shared with the participants. And they invited to go to the website to download the materials to enhance the knowledge capacity of training mentors in EU SMEs companies, providing work placements for VET learners and to equip them with a specific set of tools for soft skills development.
