Recent Iranian threats to strike Ukraine and potentially Europe shouldn’t come as a surprise. If you’re shocked, it may be time to look up from Pokémon, TikTok, or whatever distractions “modern men” are absorbed in, and pay attention to the real-world threat picture.
By mid-2025, credible intelligence already indicated that—with Russian assistance—Iran had developed a ballistic missile strike capability exceeding 2,000km 🚀. At the same time, Ukraine, supported by its allies over the past 4.5 years, has consistently demonstrated the ability to strike targets over 3,000km deep inside Russian territory. Now, Iran is openly threatening Ukraine and has already issued warnings towards Bulgaria for permitting US tanker deployments at Bezmer Air Base.
So, is Bulgaria at risk? Clearly, yes ⚠️. Iran has already demonstrated a willingness to target US airbases and military infrastructure across neighbouring regions, including in the UAE. This may also explain why assets have reportedly been repositioned away from Sofia towards the east.
The reality is simple: Bulgaria and Eastern Europe are now within the targeting scope of a Russian ally with active defence agreements in place. Meanwhile, many EU governments continue to do little to prepare their populations for what could escalate rapidly into a significant regional conflict.
That said, preparation is a personal responsibility.
This weekend, we are running our 2-Day Introduction to Survive, Evade, Resist, Escape (SERE), followed by a 5-Day Civil Defence and Multi-Platform Fi****ms Course starting Monday. These are, quite simply, the most relevant training packages we currently offer for civilians in the EU and UK who are paying attention 🎯.
Additionally, anyone booking either the 3-Day AK Operator Course or the 5-Day Civil Defence/Fi****ms package will receive the SERE course free of charge, saving €200.
All training is delivered in Sofia, Bulgaria 📍.
Now is the time to take responsibility. Opportunities to prepare may not come twice.
