This September, I will lead the ISTA LEVEL1 seminar in Bulgaria.

What is ISTA to me?
ISTA's seminars are a gateway to an enhanced life for everyone who participates. Before discovering ISTA, I spent many years guiding groups to connect and liberate human s*xuality from restrictive norms. Despite thinking I knew everything, ISTA introduced me to a group of teachers, an atmosphere, a style, and a process that were incredibly precise. I fell in love with the organization, the instructors, the outcomes, and the mission. I found a new family of powerful individuals like myself, and I stayed. Each of you deserves the same opportunity.

Through ISTA seminars, I have experienced significant growth. I’ve learned to break through life's limits in every area, gaining tools to do so effortlessly and naturally each day, striving to be the best version of myself. ISTA has fostered more love and strength within me, which I share with my loved ones, students, and community. When heart and strength connect, real change becomes possible, empowering us to overcome obstacles and embrace a life filled with love—not just romantic love, but love for every moment and as a guiding life principle.

ISTA seminars allow participants to reboot their s*xual selves. When we were around 9 or 10, s*xual hormones triggered confusion, loneliness, shame, and fears, rather than enhancing our life energy and creativity. Limiting patterns emerged, leaving us isolated. ISTA helps us revisit and re-examine these experiences, learning to express our desires and needs and creating open dialogue about s*x and s*xuality.

Femininity matures from a wounded child to a powerful woman, a transformation present in every person. Similarly, masculinity matures from a confused boy to a complete and powerful man, a brother, a father, and a warrior who understands his place in the world. This transformation exists within everyone. ISTA seminars create peace between spirit and matter, resolving internal and cultural conflicts that subtly yet powerfully affect our lives.

The process builds:
- Peace and deep friendship with our s*xual selves
- Harmony with our inner masculinity and femininity and with others
- Healthy relationships between body, emotion, and spirit
- Ownership of our lives amidst life’s storms
- Clarity by distinguishing between stories and reality
- A sacred connection to s*xuality as a space for creating reality, health, and creativity, beyond limited views of s*x
Participating in ISTA is like finding gold. The joy, fun, exciting encounters, and deep humanity are incredible. The changes in those who complete Level 1 are evident. After a year of integration, participants exhibit a solid and lively presence in life. Relationships, finances, professionalism—every aspect of life benefits from the heart-power connection made in just one week. Life becomes an adventure that never returns to normal. It’s a joy to witness.
The more people connect to this power, the more we can reclaim ownership of our lives and reduce external control. It’s time for the power of the heart to lead humanity. This is why I do what I do.

From the words of our upcoming ISTA retreat leader Michal Maayan Don:

When we live with a strong and healthy flow of life force, it's really all we need to free ourselves from the stories that limit us and our presence in our own greatness. When we're in our power, these stories become weaker and fade away.
This was the most profound experience for me to understand and integrate into my life, which I deeply felt during my second ISTA experience, as a participant in level 1.
When a lot of life power flows within us, our reactions to everything we thought drained us of power, diminish and disappear:
Complex emotions,
Power dynamics where we give our power away to others,
Limiting beliefs,
Poor patterns,
Triggers that make us react like wounded and hurting children,
These are all stories we have about life and ourselves, unique to each of us, but mostly the same three stories:
1. I am not seen – I am not loved
2. I am not good enough
3. I don't belong
All the stories are chapters within these central sagas.
When I'm in my power, these stories might trigger me, but I can greet the story, remain with the emotional energy it generates in me, and turn it into available life force,
Available for deep processing,
Available for a clear view of reality,
Available for creativity,
For moving towards authentic action,
For standing tall.
Understanding that life force is the healing for everything, in body, soul, and spirit, is still wonderful to me. This is how I understand shamanic healing.
There's a small trap in all of this.
To truly live in our power, we need to let go of the stories we have about our power. We all have stories and resistances to our life force. For most of us, for example, the suppression of our s*xual energy due to cultural stories about our bodies, it's easy to understand how we're actually afraid of our own life force. Sexuality is a good example and also a gateway to pass through on the path to life with high life energy.
The truth is, we can't live in our power without the participation of the life force of the other.
So the trap is that to "live in power," we need the strength to let go of limiting power stories.
I'm very proud and pleased to say that I see time and time again, with many people who complete our seminars worldwide, that the seminar serves as a gateway to "living in power", giving the strength to shift the initial stories of "I have no power" and enables graduates to connect to even more life energy and meet life from a place of power.
It's important to say, simply put – those who live in their power don't need power from others but generously share their own power.
That's how it is when power comes from an infinite internal source, from a good connection to life. And that's how we bring peace to the world...
So life force is self-healing medicine,
You need to work to live in infinite connection to available power within and around me,
And I know how to take myself and my groups there.
I feel blessed.

This retreat focuses on clearing the physical and emotional body of shame, guilt, and fear related to s*xuality and authenticity. The deeper transformation comes from reconnecting to your power, exploring s*xuality is a fast path to encountering our power challenges and gifts.
This is done through multiple pathways using the best of the ancient temple arts including Ta**ra, Taoist, and Shamanic traditions, and adding to this more modern-day NLP, bioenergetics, guided visualization, emotional release, Kundalini activation, energy tracking, conscious touch and consent skills. The list above is just a few of the practices we use to dive deep into the inner realms. This training is for EVERYONE. It’s open to ALL who are called.
The ISTA experience has reached people in all of their diversity.
Thousands of people have gone through this training now worldwide. The individuals cover a wide age range from 18 to 80, varied backgrounds, all s*xual orientations, those who are gender fluid or trans, and differing professions from students, artists, surgeons, people from many different religions, races and nationalities.
As this weeklong is a journey through life's core experiences and wounds, it is universal. It touches and can affect individuals of any age, background, race etc, if you choose to allow it and if you are open to receiving wisdom and gifts.
Some people take this training for their own personal evolution, to gain a deeper self-connection and to enrich their relationships and empower their lives. Others are interested in exploring how it will add to their own professional life, whatever that may be, and some are interested in the professions of Sacred Sexual Practitioner or Sexuality Educator.
People from various s*xual/relational paths including celibacy, monogamy, and polyamory are also drawn to ISTA. As are people of all s*xual orientations and gender identities.
Couples, individuals and relationship groups of any formation are welcome.
The practices offered in this training are designed to touch us deeply at the core of our lives as an embodied being.
No prior knowledge of or experience in shamanism or sacred s*xuality is necessary.
