Hi everyone! My name's Nakelintouba and I'm the founder of Business Intelligence Management Corporation (BIM Corp).
I wanted to tell you a bit more about one of our products and welcome any questions you have.
BIM Corp offers low cost business formation services and compliance packages all over the World so you can focus your energy on growing your business.
Here we will focus on business formation and operation in the USA. I started this out of a need myself as I’ve spent countless hours reading paperwork and figuring out how to properly setup my companies in the U.S.
With BIM Corp, we’ve streamlined the process so all you need to do is submit your company information to us through our online form and we’ll handle all the heavy lifting of setting up your company and filing paperwork. You can track your order in your account dashboard and you’ll also receive email notifications from us as we update your order.
I would like to share a few answers to questions we get commonly asked:
Why Should I Open My Company In The US?

With over 300+ million people, you will find a market in the U.S. whether you are selling computer parts, rain gutters, shoes or any other product or services.
2. Your U.S. non-resident owned business gives you the same advantages and responsibilities as a resident owned business
This gives you the benefit of all the laws relevant to acquiring a business or transferring capital. It puts you on an equal standing with your opponent if there is ever a business dispute.

The U.S. is home to seven of the top 10 cargo moving airports for efficient moving of goods. The U.S is also a major hub for international trade.

Is BIM Corporation Available In My Country?
We offer service in over 175+ countries! Chances are - we support you. There are a few countries we’re unable to support due to governmental restriction and you’re able to check your eligibility on our home page. For now, we have offices in the USA, in Burkina Faso, in Ghana, in Cote d'ivoire and in Morocco. And representatives in many other countries.
Do I Have To Visit The Bank In Person?
No! Everything about BIM Corp can be completed online. We work with the government on your behalf to file all relevant paperwork including the banking requests. We ship the debit cards to our facility and then ship them directly to you. Please reach out if you have any special requests - we’re more than happy to assist.
What About Taxes?
We work with our partners to help provide you with an easy way to file your taxes. Our partner HR & Block has packages based on revenue. A 100k/yr company will cost around $750 to file.
We recommend clients who file with us to purchase accounting services elsewhere so that they can obtain the personalized service they need for their business.
But if you're looking to just get a high-level overview of the expected costs, our team estimates a standard tax return for a small business generating less than 100k in revenue to be anywhere from $175 to $820. Please reach out to us for more specific and actionable insights for your business.
