What exactly IS coaching? And how does one master the art of coaching?
One of our trainers ✅ Gareth Jon Couch-Diewitz, refers to coaching as 'a meaningful conversation with an outcome'... his coaching sessions take place anywhere when a moment arises - from online in the office to offline in the forest (as demonstrated last weekend on our latest course in the 'Mastery & Art of Coaching - 40' in Uccle, Brussels).

🌎 L’équinoxe de printemps est arrivé - Un nouvel élan de croissance et de développement s’installe également à Nova Terra ! 🌱
📅 Nous avons le plaisir de vous annoncer l’ouverture d’un nouveau cycle de Supervision suite au succès de celui de mars. Le cycle démarrera le 14 Mai 2023 - 'En mai fais ce qu’il te plaît!’
👉 La supervision de coaching en groupe s'adresse à TOUS les coachs internes ou externes qui cherchent à donner le meilleur d'eux-mêmes à leurs clients et préserver leur écosystème. Chaque session est un espace-temps sécurisé et d’apprentissage professionnel pour prendre des prises de recul qui permettent collectivement d’examiner ses défis, dilemmes, et questions éthiques.
Le groupe est limité à 6 participants maximum et se réunira en ligne un mercredi par mois de 9h-11h30.
