At the North Campus, we do not leave growth to chance. We believe that the DP journey begins long before students officially enter the programme. For this reason, our High School experiences are designed to help students develop the skills, dispositions, and habits of mind that will support them in the years ahead. Student-initiated inquiry, collaboration, research, and increasing independence, students gradually build a toolbox that empowers them to navigate the rigour of the DP with confidence and purpose.

We strive to create a smooth transition between High School and the DP by embedding authentic learning engagements that encourage students to think critically, manage complexity, and take ownership of their learning journey

DP1 students at the North Campus hosted their TOK exhibition at the end of the academic year. They presented and defended their ideas, and we were inspired by their ability to make sophisticated connections between objects, experiences, and real-world situations.
At our North Campus, moments like these exemplify the impact of our concept-based inquiry approach. We intentionally design learning experiences that prioritise thinking over memorisation and understanding over recall.
We are immensely proud of our DP1 students for the depth of thought, intellectual courage, and articulate communication they demonstrated. Their exhibitions showcased more than knowledge; they showcased the habits of mind that will enable them to navigate an increasingly complex world with curiosity, discernment, and confidence

The North Campus Inclusive Sports Day is a celebration of who we are as a community.

What makes this experience especially meaningful is that it was conceived, planned, and led by one of our students, supported by his classmates and teachers. His vision and commitment transformed an idea into an experience where every participant felt welcomed, valued, and empowered. This is student agency in action.
At our North Campus, we believe that the most powerful learning experiences are those that inspire students to lead with purpose and to use their talents in service of others. Inclusive Sports Day is a wonderful example of how sport can become a vehicle for leadership, collaboration, and community, reminding us that the greatest victories are the ones we achieve together.

To every student and teacher who supported this initaitive —thank you for showing us what intentional leadership looks like. Together, you created more than a sporting event; you created a lasting memory and a powerful reflection of the community we aspire to be. 💙🏅

☀️🎉 Summer Thrill 2026! 🎉☀️
What better way to celebrate the last Monday of the school year than with a day full of sunshine, laughter, and adventure?
Our students enjoyed an unforgettable Summer Thrill at Sport Vlaanderen in Hofstade, where they spent the day taking part in exciting sports and outdoor games, sharing a delicious picnic lunch with friends, and making the most of the playground. 🏃‍♀️⚽🧺🌳
It was the perfect opportunity to celebrate a fantastic school year, create lasting memories, and enjoy one final day together before the summer holidays begin.
A huge thank you to our staff for making the day such a success, and to our wonderful students for bringing so much energy, enthusiasm, and joy!

Our Secondary Awards Ceremony for the academic year 2025-2026 at the North Campus was a proud celebration of the many ways our students have grown throughout the academic year.

While we proudly recognised academic achievement, we also celebrated something equally important: the dispositions students demonstrate, the resilience they show when facing challenges, and the positive contributions they make to the lives of others. One of the most meaningful moments of the ceremony was the presentation of the Student Council Award. Selected by our Student Council, this award honours a student who authentically embodies the spirit of our learning community

Congratulations to all of our award recipients, and thank you to every member of our secondary community for making this year one of growth, belonging, and shared success. Your achievements inspire us, and your character gives our community its identity. 💙

Throw back to Carnival, one of our favourite traditions at the North Campus. We would like to remember this day as our school community came together to surprise teachers with cupcakes as a heartfelt gesture of appreciation.

What makes this moment so special is not only the smiles it created, but the story behind it. Students took the initiative, worked together, organised themselves, and used their agency to turn an idea into reality.

At our North Campus, we believe that a strong community is shaped by the everyday moments in which people choose to care for one another. This throwback is a celebration of the friendships, appreciation, and human connections that continue to make our school a place where everyone belongs.
