HEC Paris has been a founding academic partner of BMI Executive Institute since 1999. For more than 26 years, HEC Paris faculty and expertise have contributed to the international dimension of the BMI learning experience. Now, that relationship is taking a new step: BMI International EMBA participants will study directly on the HEC Paris campus.

More than a guest lecture. Far beyond a study visit.

A full Strategy for Value Creation module, delivered at HEC Paris by its faculty and an executive guest speaker – as an integral part of the Executive MBA, jointly delivered by Louvain School of Management (Université catholique de Louvain) and BMI Executive Institute.

On 8–9 October 2026, EMBA participants will work on some of the strategic choices leaders face every day. They will analyse real business cases, work with Paris Executive Education frameworks and the Odyssey 3.14 methodology, and leave with tools they can apply to strategic decisions in their own organisations.

What makes a founder go back to the classroom? 🤔

For Thibault Martin, Managing Partner and Co-founder of HumanX Belgium and alumnus of the International Executive MBA Class of 2026 in Brussels, co-organised by BMI Executive Institute and Louvain School of Management (Université catholique de Louvain), the answer was clear: experience had taken him far, but he wanted to step back, structure his thinking, and grow beyond learning only on the job.

With nearly 12 years across organisational psychology, consulting and HR technology, Thibault built much of his business knowledge through practice: growing a company, leading consultants and adapting under pressure.

💡 Andres Cúneo on the role of Strategic Marketing in executive leadership
