If you want more freedom,
become a business owner who stops playing small.

If you want financial security,
become a business owner who invests in herself first.

If you want to feel proud of what you’ve built,
become a business owner who sets goals that scare her a little.

If you want to stop living in survival mode,
become a business owner who makes decisions from vision,
not from fear.

If you want to grow faster,
become a business owner who stops waiting
until she feels ready.

If you want a life on your own terms,
become a business owner who knows her worth
and stops apologising for it.

If you want to look back without regret,
become a business owner who bet on herself
when no one else did.

I lived 18 years in financial fear.
The shift didn’t come from luck,
it came from the moment I decided
I was worth the bigger goal.

If this resonates, follow along.
Your next chapter is waiting for you to choose it.

Save this for the day you need a reminder of why you started.

Have you ever been busy all day
and still felt like you got nothing done?

When I worked as a marketing head in international organisations,
my calendar was always full and my goals were always clear.

The moment I became an entrepreneur,
that structure disappeared overnight.
And without it, I didn’t move forward,
I procrastinated. More than I’d like to admit.

It took me a while to understand
that clarity is not something that just arrives.
You have to create it yourself.

Once I started setting clear goals and filling my calendar with the right tasks, not just busy work,
but the things that actually move the needle,
everything shifted.
The results followed.

What got me there was simple, but not easy:
clarity on where I was going,
discipline to protect my time,
and the willingness to look at my day honestly
and ask, is this bringing me closer, or not?

If you’re building something and struggling to focus, follow along.
This is a space where you’re allowed to fail,
learn, and win, in your own way.

I used to wake up just in time to rush into my day,
getting the kids ready, racing to work,
already behind before it even started.
And when I hadn’t slept 8 hours, I let that ruin everything.

Then I made one small shift.
I started getting up an hour before everyone else.
Just for me. Just to begin on my own terms.

I changed what I put in my mind first thing in the morning,
I set an intention for the day,
and I added the one thing I never expected
would change everything, a cold shower.

I know. I didn’t believe it either.
But it does something to your mood, your energy,
your body, that nothing else has done for me.
I don’t feel 58. Not even close.

You don’t need a big transformation to feel different.
Sometimes one hour and one cold shower
is all it takes to start becoming
the version of yourself you actually want to be.

I’m happy to share more about my journey. Follow along.

I’ve been running my business for 3,5 years,
and I’m embarrassed to admit that...

1. I’m 58, a single mom, and I haven’t been in a relationship for 15 years, because I chose to pour everything into my business and my drive to succeed.

2. Even after all this time, I still doubt myself and
overthink everything, and I find it hard to say out loud that I’m actually good at what I do.
Which is ironic, because helping others believe in themselves is exactly what my work is about.

3. Successful people still intimidate me, and when I’m in the room with them, I feel like a little girl
who doesn’t quite belong.
So I take a breath, and I show up as the most
confident version of myself anyway.

4. I’m genuinely happy and grateful for everything I’ve built, and yet there’s always a part of me that wants more, more love, more impact, more money, more recognition.
I’m not sure that voice ever fully goes quiet.

5. When my goals aren’t clear or I have no deadline,
I start doing household tasks to feel like I’m
being productive.
Deep down I know I’m avoiding the real work.

6. I still get little panic attacks before picking up
the phone to call a prospect, with this feeling
that I’m intruding on their day.
So I find reasons to wait, and then I push
myself to dial anyway.

7. I’ve posted on Instagram every single day for 4 years, my first account got hacked and I started over from zero,
and I still barely grow my following. It’s frustrating.
But it hasn’t stopped me from building a 6-figure business.

No matter where you are in your journey or what age you are,
there will always be something that makes you feel less than perfect.

What matters is that you see it, name it, and keep
moving toward what feels right for you.

If this resonates, and you want to feel supported, follow along.

Which of the 7 points do you relate to most,
and what are you ready to say out loud?

My loved ones and friends told me not to do it.

Becoming an entrepreneur after a burnout at the age of 54, and being a solo mom with teenager twins, was risky.

But I knew what I wanted and didn’t want anymore.

My financial freedom.
No boss telling me what and what not to do.
Working hard for others.
Being laid off after all.
Making impact on others.
Being an example for my kids.
Travel on my terms.
Learning what serves me.

Now I am 58.
This is a day in my business.

I enjoy the freedom, the clients, the energy, the impact I make, the money I earn.

My identity shifted by applying my Butterfly Principle. And it has shown the results as well with those I work with.

Don’t think age or a lack of clarity and motivation is the reason not to change your life and go on a mission. No matter at what stage you are, if you are a high achieving woman, you can do everything.

Comment “shift” if you want to take a Plateau Diagnosis to analyse where you’re at.

The woman I am today, didn’t appear out of nowhere.

My transformation happened through a series of choices: questioning the beliefs that limited me, allowing myself to dream bigger, protecting my energy, taking responsibility for my future, and making bold decisions even when they felt uncomfortable.

As a single mum and woman entrepreneur, I’ve lived these stages myself.

And today... I feel more capable, motivated, and in control of my life than ever.

These are the 5 stages behind my training, and they’re at the heart of the work I do now with other ambitious women.

I didn’t make bold moves because I always felt confident. I made them because I knew I wanted more for my life.

As a single mum and woman entrepreneur, I’ve had moments of doubt, fear, and uncertainty. But every time I chose to move forward despite everything, I became more capable, more energized, and more in control of my future.

And maybe that’s part of our responsibility as women: not just to create our own freedom and impact, but to show another woman what’s possible.

Your courage might be the proof someone else needs to believe in herself. 🦋

My transformation didn’t happen because I suddenly found the perfect strategy.

It happened when I started changing the woman behind the business.

As a single mum, I had plenty of reasons to choose the safer path. Instead, I started challenging my beliefs, setting much bigger goals, taking responsibility for my choices, and making moves that once would have scared me.

Today, I have more energy, motivation, and belief in what I’m capable of than ever before.

That’s the kind of shift I want other women entrepreneurs to experience too.

If you’d met me a few years ago, you would have seen a woman working hard, carrying a lot of responsibility, and wondering why I still felt stuck.

As a single mum, I thought I needed more experience, a better strategy, or the perfect timing before I could make bigger moves. But the biggest shift didn’t happen when my business changed. It happened when I stopped doubting myself and started believing I was capable of creating a different future.

That decision gave me more than business growth. It gave me more energy, more confidence, more freedom, and a life that finally felt like mine.

If you’re a woman entrepreneur who knows she’s capable of more, I want you to know that your next level doesn’t begin with another strategy. It begins with the decision to become the woman who believes she’s worthy of it.
