After a long one-way conversation with FB, Zoë & I decided to start a new page as it seems impossible to change the name of this one.

The Manifestation Vortex is a place where we inspire people to discover and fully manifest their Life Purpose.

Those who know us already, know we have a lot of fun doing so.

We give lots of master classes, challenges, meditations, visualizations for FREE, because we believe EVERYONE should live their true Life Purpose.

Dear followers and friends, some of you might have noticed (others not, which is of course all perfectly fine 😊), but Your Body Your Home has grown.

Whereas I used to put full focus on body awareness, I now have expanded from that awareness into the full manifestation of the Life Purpose of my clients. Body awareness is still at the very core of that manifestation. I see it as a circle that has grown wider with the core still as the essence of the work.

This growth would never have happened if it wasn't for meeting my soul sister, Zoë Van den Troost!

Together we are manifesting our dream, giving birth to 'The Manifestation Vortex'.

It is a place where we inspire and support people to fully live their Life Purpose, because we would love to see a world unfold where EVERYBODY lives from true purpose.

Can you imagine what kind of place the world would be? WE CAN!

That is why we devote our lives to support anyone who is ready to step into his/her light and create a life of abundance, joy and fulfillment.

I have requested to facebook to change the name of this page into The Manifestation Vortex. It can take a couple of days, but I wanted to let you know and fullheartedly hope that you come with me on this journey of manifesting your magic!

ɪ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴀᴅᴍɪᴛ, ɪᴛ ʀᴇᴀʟʟʏ ᴛᴏᴏᴋ ᴍᴇ ᴀ ᴡʜɪʟᴇ...

It took me a while to really lean in to connect to people online. I am a very 'physical' person, which means I love to use all my senses in contact to people (and to reality in general): I love to see people, look them in the eye, listen to their tone of voice when they speak, if possible touch them, hell yeah even smell them 😆, dance and move with them!

I convinced myself that having online connections was of much less value than 'real' connections.

With a little push of how society evolved over the last 1,5 years, I must admit 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴!

I started to embrace connecting to people online and let me tell you what I found out:
- there are some AMAZING people out here (of course, duuuuhh 🙄)
- building a heart connected online tribe is such a blessing for my soul
- love needs nothing, it simply IS, connect to it how you will!

This message is to honor and share my love for all my online friends, you know who you are (too many to tag, I am a lucky bastard!!) ❤️

Something I work with a lot when training in companies to connect with each other beyond our personalities. It may be uncomfortable for some people, but once you can relax into it, it is the most beautiful way to connect with and meet people ❤️ Credits to 🙏🏻❤️💫

Approximately 40 years time difference between both pictures... And I truly cannot feel those years!!!

I have learned to look in the mirror every morning and look deeply into my own eyes. When I do, I can see and feel that child. That child that exists of pure wonder, curiosity, aliveness.

Whenever I was hard on myself, judgemental or bringing myself down with insecurity or lack of faith, I looked at that innocent child within.

Would I ever tell that child that it's not worthy, that it is not capable, that it's not talented? NEVER! I would never tell my own children, so I stopped telling myself all that BS a long time ago.

If I want my own children to step up to their full potential, I know I have to embody that.

I love that child in me and therefor me as an adult woman, as a pure expression of Life!!!

My clients, who are all business owners, are amazed by how important this self love is to thrive in building their business. The success of their business is a 1:1 reflection of their capacity to fully love themselves.

As I see them grow, they have so much more fun in doing what they do best and their business reflects that joy and love.

Self love naturally leads to self care and building an amazing business needs an amazing leader and amazing leaders know how to take excellent care of their own health and energy.

Oh, and a side effect is that when I connect with people I often see the pure children they once were and I just love them... naturally... it is that easy!
