New Double Degree offer between Università di Pisa and LSM - Follow up 💫

Two months ago, the faculty shared the thrilling news that a Pisa delegation visited LSM to discuss a new Double Degree agreement for a Master’s in Digital Intelligence and Change Management between Università di Pisa and LSM.

We are excited to share that last week, a LSM delegation, in turn, visited Università di Pisa . Our Dean, Prof, Matthieu de Nanteuil, Amélie Jacquemin, LSM International Vice-Dean and Maureen Gillet, LSM Head of International Office, visited our new partner's campus and exchanged best practices on promotion and communication, as well as on master's theses. In addition, this new agreement might also lead to further academic collaborations between lecturers. 🤝

🧑‍💻👨‍💻Student recruitment will begin in 2026–2027, with the first cohort due to start in September 2027 at UCLouvain.

Thank you again to the University of Pisa for this new and exciting collaboration! ⭐

New Executive MBA Graduates 🎓

Last week, in Louvain-la-Neuve, we proudly celebrated the graduation of the fifth cohort of our Executive MBA students that completed the joint LSM and BMI Executive Institute MBA programme.!

Over 15 months, this cohort combined demanding professional responsibilities with an intensive academic journey in leadership, strategy, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning – a milestone celebrated together with graduates, families, faculty, academic partners, alumni, and special guests. 🙌

In addition, LSM congratulates the award winners: Kaoutar Bertrand, Kevin Meessen, Quentin Grutman, Denis Leysen, Yannick Rongvaux, and Satya Chilla

CEMS 2026 Managers' meeting in Belgium ✨

This week, the faculty is delighted to receive on its Louvain-la-Neuve campus the Corporate Relations Managers and Programme Managers from the CEMS alliance's 33 universities for 3 days of collaboration, discussion and share of best practices. 💯

The aim of this 3-day seminar is both to optimise the management of the CEMS MiM programme on a global scale in order to offer the best possible experience to our students, and at the same time to foster networking and develop a unique international alliance. 🌎🤝

Follow-up LSM in Latin America 💫

As part of LSM's strategy to build and strengthen its ties with Latin America, our Dean, Prof. Matthieu de Nanteuil, recently visited Flacso Ecuador.

📜The objective of this visit was to sign the first exchange agreement between LSM and FLACSO for the next 5 years. This agreement is part of the faculty's strategy to develop new partnerships in Latin America and offer a wider range of destinations to our students.🗺️

The establishment of this partnership was simplified thanks to the fact that our Dean and other professors at LSM have already given seminars to PhD students at FLACSO. Among them was Robert Cobbaut, Professor Emeritus, who recently passed away and to whom a tribute was also paid during the visit.

In addition to signing this partnership, Prof. Matthieu de Nanteuil had the opportunity to give a lecture on the topic "Work: between interests and values", a methodology seminar and met several PhD students who were interested in a collaboration for their thesis.

LSM would like to thank Prof. Betty Espinosa, LSM alumnus, and Prof. Gioconda Herrera for their warm welcome! We are delighted to have signed this new agreement between our two faculties. 🤝

💡 Did you know that ...

The support of our Ambassadors for the Consulting Project group has three main purposes oriented towards the students:
🔹Organisation and marketing of the course throughout the academic year and for the final Closing Ceremony;
🔹Funding the awards for the 10 best Consulting groups;
🔹30% of the funds are dedicated to providing one-off grants for students for example to pay for their language testing.

Thanks to the Consulting Project's Ambassadors' dedication and advocacy, several students who apply to study at LSM receive scholarships, and have the opportunity to participate in an exchange programme next year. ✅
