🌟 Skills Seminar at Kearney : Mastering Persuasive Communication 🌟

Last week, as part of our CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education Master in International Management program, we had the privilege to participate in Kearney’s KRISP program (Kearney’s Rational and Incisive Speaker Program).

The session, focused on « Convincing the Audience », provided us with invaluable tools to structure arguments logically, communicate with clarity, and deliver presentations with confidence. Through practical exercises and peer feedback, we learned how to craft compelling messages and engage our audience effectively.

This hands-on experience not only helped us enhance our communication and persuasion skills but also equipped us with techniques we can apply in real-world professional scenarios.

A heartfelt thank you to Kearney and their dedicated team, Clara Ferreira da Silva, Paloma Perez Garcia, Hendrik Gaens, Valentine Machiels, and Guillaume De Lescluze, for hosting this seminar and sharing their expertise. This inspiring session will undoubtedly have a lasting impact on our development as future leaders. 🙏

SKILLS SEMINAR

🎓 We are incredibly thankful to the team at Oliver Wyman for hosting a dynamic and insightful skills seminar for our CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education Master’s students.

The session, “Campus to Office: Bridging the Gap,” provided our students with practical insights on navigating the transition from academia to the professional world by addressing three key “gaps.” Students also participated in two engaging exercises: one on storytelling and another focused on structuring ideas in a report. The day concluded with a hands-on case study, allowing students to apply a professional approach to real-world challenges.
