Welcome to the official LouvainMUN page! Our working language is English. Numerous lasting friendships have been built between its members.

Since its creation in 2008, LouvainMUN, a student organisation based in Louvain-la-Neuve, has been offering its members an intensive training in diplomacy. This involves a thorough preparation to participate in Model United Nations conferences (MUN), which are international student simulations of multilateral negotiations. Throughout the academic year, weekly training sessions equip LouvainMUN members with the necessary tools to acquire essential debating and negotiating skills while at the same time improving their knowledge of international politics and diplomacy. We are actively supported by a wide group of professors from the international relations department, which assist us during our training sessions. This unique student organization, which gathers highly enthusiastic and passionate students, aims to grant its members with one of the most stimulating and memorable experiences of their academic career. LouvainMUN isn’t just an association, it’s a family of students who grow together. Everything we achieve, we achieve as one team! 🚀

This season, we’re proud to be part of something bigger. Come join us. ✨

Every great diplomat started somewhere, and at LouvainMUN, this is the team that starts them! 🇺🇳🧑‍⚖️
Meet our Academics Team, the ones who turn curious students into confident delegates! 📚🌟

They run our weekly trainings, set the topics for our debates, and craft the study guides that prepare us for every committee. They assign us the countries we represent, chair our debates with precision, ensure we follow the rules of procedure to the letter, and push us to improve with every piece of feedback! 🚀🗒️

They’re the reason our members walk into conferences ready, and walk out as stronger diplomats. 🎓✨

➡️ That concludes our team series !

If you know what LouvainMUN is up to, you have this team to thank! Meet our Communications Team, the marketing engine of the association! 📸🌟

While others make the events happen, this team makes sure the world knows about them: every MUNday, embassy visit, and conference trip. Their mission is to keep our association visible and our community informed. They promote our events so you’re always in the loop, celebrate our delegates’ accomplishments, and capture the outcomes of everything we do — through every channel that matters: social media, eye-catching posters, and announcements across campus.🚀

They make sure LouvainMUN is everywhere you look — on your screen and on your way to class.📱🤭 They make us visible, and they make it look good doing it! ;))

If you’ve seen us, liked us, or joined us because of a post or an announcement during your class… you’ve already met their work! 😌

➡️ Stay tuned to meet our last team!

Diplomacy doesn’t fund itself… but at LouvainMUN, we know exactly who does! ;)) Meet our Sponsoring Team, the quiet force behind every event on our calendar! 💸🌟

🚀 Led by our Head of Sponsoring and her dedicated team, they’re the ones who secure the funds and manage the budget that power everything we do. Without them, there would be no MUNday, no conferences abroad, and basically none of the events that make LouvainMUN what it is.

Thanks to them, our association keeps growing and our members get the experiences they deserve. They are, quite simply, the backbone of our association ! 🧑‍💻😌

➡️ Stay tuned to meet our other teams next!

Here are the people behind every memorable event at LouvainMUN, say hello to our Events Team! 💙✨

These five unstoppable women are the ones responsible for designing the experiences that define our association: from our legendary MUNdays to embassy visits, to dinners with diplomats and ambassadors, the most fun team buildings, and our delegations’ trips to MUN conferences abroad. Thanks to them, we’re guaranteed the most memorable LouvainMUN events this year! 🕺🌟

As the new season begins, we’re proud to put them in the spotlight. Follow along, the events they’re preparing will be worth watching. 🚀

➡️ Stay tuned to meet our other teams next!
