HEC Liège will once again participate in the CFA challenge in 2026-2027! 🤩

As you might know, we won the BENELUX cup (out of 14 universities like Vlerick Business School, Maastricht University, UCL, Rotterdam, Tilburg,…) during the academic year 2014-2015, 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2021-2022, 2022-2023. We were again finalists and won the second place out of 20 teams in 2024-2025.

The team is coached by both an industry mentor and an academic mentor (Prof. Marie Lambert). This is a unique opportunity for you to be involved in a high-profile and exciting challenge that will offer you the possibility to run a real-business-life case in a very competitive international environment.

HEC Liège is pleased to announce the thesis defense of our PhD candidate, Kelly Cioppa.
Kelly will defend her thesis, entitled: "An Analysis of Environmental Provisions in Preferential Trade Agreements: Interdependence, Diffusion, and Trade Effects” on September 9 at 10:00.
Her research was supervised by Professor Joe Tharakan

HEC Liège a le plaisir d’annoncer la soutenance de thèse de notre doctorante, Clémentine COLMONT.

Clémentine défendra sa thèse, intitulée : « Analyse stratégique de l’expérimentation institutionnelle dans le dialogue social sectoriel du commerce, en Belgique et au Québec. Trajectoires et travail d’expérimentation », le 2 septembre à 14h.
Sa thèse a été encadrée par les Professeurs Grégory Jemine et Evelyne Leonard. Il s’agit d’une cotutelle avec l’UCLouvain - Université catholique de Louvain
