Warm welcome to all the brand new groups of students starting this month!

New Comprehensive Course students are joining us in Utrecht, Leuven, and Luxembourg, while new Mat Course students are settling in at Leuven and Amsterdam.

Two days with Bavo Wouters to understand how the body's structures actually work together in movement, and how to bring that straight into your Pilates teaching.

You'll build a real, working understanding of human biomechanics and key anatomical structures, and see how myofascial chains connect and function during movement.

Why it matters: your cues get sharper, your corrections make more sense and anatomy stops being something you memorized and starts being something you actually use 💛
