For the 2026 cycle of webinars, we are starting with a special one: "How to do emergency management during summer camps" (but not only!) with Niklas Gregull from the Don Bosco Kloster Benediktbeuern.

It will take place next Thursday 16th July, at 19:00 CEST and will be available online later on. Make sure to join in order to ask your questions and learn more.

For 5 days we explored Lithuania, welcomed by Father Oliver and Father Massimo who are in charge of the community in Telsiai. With great food and accommodation they have shared the reality of youth in their city.

Through visits around the land marks of Telsai we learned about the history of the country, the traditions and the international possibilities and programs youth have access to.

Besides enjoying some great time with our hosts, we also had to take in our duties as representatives of our member organisations in the AB and put our brains in the thinking about the present and the future of the networks to guarantee that out member organisations are supported and we can work together to spread the salesian youth work enthusiasm.

Since this will be our last meetimg together we also started making a transition plan for the future AB member organisations that will be elected in October! Stay tuned for more on the DBYN 2026 Elections.

From the 6th to the 9th of May one of our delegates represented DBYN at the General Assembly of the European Youth Forum in Tromsø!

It has been a weekend of hard work for the forum and its MOs: a new board has been elected and several motions got approved to strengthen the work of the YFJ in defending democratic spaces, safeguarding youth rights and the future of the European Youth!
