What started as an instrumental post-rock project has steadily evolved into something heavier, darker and more expansive. With the addition of vocals and the release of Dirges, the band continues to push its sound into new territory while staying true to the atmosphere and intensity that shaped it from the start.

Word on the street is new music is in the making…

With the original lineup back together, this show feels like a natural moment to reconnect with the band and slowly start moving forward again.

Let’s get personal.

Turning 40 soon has me reflecting more than usual lately.
Not on big achievements or milestones, but on the things that quietly became part of who I am.

The shows.
The late nights.
The conversations outside venues.
Seeing familiar faces pop up again years later somewhere in a small room with loud music playing.

That feeling of community never really left me.

And honestly, there have been periods over the years where I felt like leaving all of this behind.
The music world, the organizing, the constant thinking about bands and shows.

But somehow it always pulls me back in.
Because at some point it stopped being just music.
It became part of my personality, my way of connecting with people and a huge part of how I experience life.

A big part of why I’m organizing the first Pulse Agency Showcase on June 12 is simply because I still deeply care about bringing people together around music.

Not because it’s huge.
Not because it’s hype.
Just because I believe these moments still matter.

Music gave me friendships, memories, purpose, inspiration and an outlet throughout so many different periods in life.

And maybe none of this changes the world in a massive way.
But every show, every new connection, every band that gets discovered by someone new… it means something.

So if you’ve ever been part of this world in any way and you feel like it, come be part of this night.
