☕🥐 Coffee, croissants & a cosy start to the day!

This morning we welcomed parents to our very first Coffee & Croissant Morning of this school year! A simple and lovely way to start the school day together. ☕️
It was a chance for new parents to meet, familiar faces to catch up, and everyone to enjoy a little moment of connection over a coffee and a croissant. 🤎
We’re looking forward to many more opportunities to come together throughout the school year. ✨Happy weekend everyone! ☀️

Just another day in Lower Primary maths class! 😉Today, our Year 2 students became maths detectives on a mission to break a secret code! They received 11 pieces of what looked like a puzzle, filled with different symbols. Each symbol represented a digit, and their challenge was to work out which digit belonged to each symbol. Using their knowledge of how numbers are organised on a 100 square, the children looked for patterns, made connections and applied their understanding of place value and number relationships to crack the code. A fun way to get those mathematical brains working! 🧠

After two fantastic weeks in the classroom, Upper Pre-Primary were excited to dive into their very first IPC (International Primary Curriculum) unit on Houses and Homes! 🏠

To kick things off, they headed out into the neighbourhood for a house-spotting adventure! 👀 They discovered all kinds of homes—from terraced and semi-detached houses to beautiful villas—and paid close attention to all the little details that make each one unique: doors, roofs, windows, mailboxes and more! 🚪🪟📬

A big highlight was reading the very large house numbers! 🔢😄

Middle Primary kicked off their *“Brainwave: Metacognition”* IPC Unit with a fun team challenge! 🎓✨

Students solved puzzles across **Art, English, Science, Maths, Geography & International** to collect the secret numbers and unlock the **Treasure Box of Learning!** 🔓🎁

Teamwork, problem-solving and fun! 😊
