Today we kick off the new semester. Our team is thrilled to meet our new cohort this week!

Hi, I am Caroline. Storyteller, mum and above all a very curious mind. I believe everyone has a story and I want to know yours. I also like to talk, often more than I intend to. My line of work is aligned with my love for creativity and growth and my sense of community. I am always in for a nature hike, a camping trip and a matcha latte. Starting as the new Labmaster in 3ID LABS and I just cannot wait until we meet. Meanwhile, I am reading some books from our fantastic library to get inspired and hopefully inspire you with fantastic content, support and motivation.

3ID Labs presents to you: GREENDREAM 🌱
Their team is finally complete and consists out of six members!
Their goal: Nudge FINYA's (financially independent no-kids young adults) to eat more sustainable. 🌍

To achieve their goal they are developing the Chef app! 👨‍🍳

Next up, 3ID Labs presents to you: Therapet ! 🐕

Their goal: They want to create a service for elderly in a residential care-center to have more social connections with other people in order to reduce their feeling of social loneliness. 🙌

To achieve their goal they are designing and implementing one-to-one or group dog activities to reduce the feelings of social loneliness among elderly who live in residential care centers. 👴❤️🐕

At 3ID LABS we include our LABBERS in as many professional events as possible! Last week we had 3!!
LABBERS were representing:
🤲🏿 3ID LABS on the review of international Business Management Business en Management Arteveldehogeschool. A big 'thank you' to our labber Kirill Selivantchik and our business coach Judith Escalier Revollo to represent 3ID LABS
🙌🏻 Maureen Ayabei and NESLİHAN USLU were joining buzzkruit! Buzzkruit gives young, talented people the opportunity to present themselves to established design companies and potential employers. We want to thank Belgian Service design chapter for this wonderful opportunity.
🤝 Lastly we had our wonderful co-creation conference with Hogeschool Inholland / Inholland University of Applied Sciences! We had 9 labbers joining us and making Arteveldehogeschool proud! Thanks Davy Roelstraete, Femke Van Eesbeek, ,Fien van Raemdonck, hannah lippens, Julie Vervenne, Justine De Clercq, Marat Makmudov, Simon Houwen and Wolf Kriauciaunas for your rich contribution into this knowledge creating conference! Thank you Reuben Wijnberg, John Tielman, Mirjam Louter, Nicolette Bakhuisen, Yvonne Brouwer and Luca von Prittwitz for the great organisation!
This co-creation conference is a big opportunity to build a stronger relationship with Stad Gent! Tom Van Nieuwenhove, Pauline De Wolf and Valérie De Prycker let's keep on closing the gap between the academic world and the city we live in! Let's keep on creating social and environmental impact together!
Patricia Claessens (PhD) should receive lots of kudos for her strategic leadership in letting LAB-learning blend in into formal education and building strong relations with European partners! One of the outcomes of this is the signing of the agreement between INholland Labs by Bas van Spréw and 3ID LABS.
Furthermore we witness and build a new vision on with lots of colleagues of Arteveldehogeschool. We thank our colleagues Lien vanassche, Jonas De Zweemer, Dieter Wullaert, Axelle Marrannes, Mandy Claessens, Maaike Mottart, Kristin Van Damme and Els Persijn.

Our second BIP conference on "how to make learning labs work?" is coming soon after the Easternholidays. The aim of the conference is to create and share knowledge on how to make a learning lab work.
Our central questions are:
* How to create impact in the real world
* How to enable the organization of a learninglab
* How to integrate research and education within a learning lab.

This is one of the many outcomes of a flying collaboration with our super colleagues at Hogeschool Inholland. Arteveldehogeschool will join this co-design conference with 26 participants, going from staff, partners ( , ) and our very own labbers!
